Wonderful time at Majentra Ella Hotel! The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved the balcony with the great view. The food at the hotel was delicious, with both local and international options. Breakfast definitely a highlight! The staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed, including arranging transportation to do things in the area (Big shoutout to Majit). Overall, I highly recommend Majentra Ella Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great food and service.

The host is very nice and available for any question. Great place!

Perfektní ubytování. Zejména péče personálu. Jeli jsme zdaleka, počkali na nás, pozdní check-in nebyl problém, dokonce pro nás do centra poslali pozdě v noci tuk-tuk, abychom se v pořádku dostali na místo. Ráno nás čekala úžasná snídaně, pomohli nám sehnat spoj na vlak apod. Z ubytování byly nádherné výhledy! :)

A beautiful private and exclusive resort in a wonderful back to nature remote location. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and we were very well looked after. The resort organized a guided hike for us around the tea plantations to some stunning lookouts and the top of Sri Lanka’s 2nd highest waterfall: highly recommended

The pool and garden were amazing, and the hospitality was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the kottu was absolutely mouth-watering—a must-try for anyone visiting. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we could stay longer.Avoid the crowds in Ella and stay here for an unforgettable odyssey and hiking experience.This peaceful, less busy retreat offered an overall wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to return.

The breakfast is generous. Overall great value for money which is why they get 10/10.
