The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!

With a stunning view of city and Pacific Ocean, this impressive hotel is located on the hills of the exclusive Conchas Chinas area, 7 minutes’ drive from the famed boardwalk of Puerto Vallarta. The location was high up in the mountains so the view over the town and sea was amazing. We loved the big beautiful rooms and everyone working there were lovely!
