The property is located on the banks of the Rapti River, 32 km away from Bharatpur Domestic Airport and Narayan Ghat Bus Stand. The famous Chitwan National Park is 100 metres away. Staff, location, spa, restoraunt, atmosphere all were super! They helped us with different tours such as Taru village tour, elephant safari tour, arranged a cultural show night though we were only guests (as it was off season) thanks for everyone from the staff. Room facilities and everything is in high condition.

Surrounded by greenery and situated across the Rapti River, Chitwan Village Resort is just 300 metres from Chitwan National Park’s jungle safari area. The property offers free Wi-Fi access in its public areas. Everything doing well. Raj and all staffs are very very great and nice. They're very helpful, especially when there was flood and land slides within Nepal. Really feels like home and they're my family. Glad to know you guys. I'll be back with my family.

Banbas is a hidden gem! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into the national park. The property is right outside the national park, but it genuinely feels like part of it. The pond and wetland are teeming with life—100+ bird species, fish swimming around (a staff noted that fish are fed with waste food from the hotel kitchen!), and even a waterfall in the pool area. It’s so peaceful! The rooms are villa-style, super comfortable, and have amazing views of the pond. I loved the Tharu-style artwork in the decor—such a nice touch that celebrates local culture. The property is also wheelchair-friendly, which I really appreciated. The staff was fantastic—welcoming me with drinks and flowers at check-in. The food was a perfect mix of local and international dishes, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. Can’t wait to visit again!

Tiger Wildlife Resort was my home for two weeks. Besides the beauty of the place, perfect for those who seek quiet surroundings, what was truly remarkable is the care I received as a guest here. I felt like a VIP, a princess even, as the owners, Gambir, and the rest of the team, went out of their way to make my stay absolutely perfect. I was given what I believe is the best room on the property, with a balcony facing the park, from which every morning I would see all sorts of animals: deers, rhinos, boars and countless birds (among which peacocks and black storks and openbills) The food here is absolutely excellent, always freshly made and very tasty. The chef is so sweet, always doing his best to satisfy my (many!) requests. The safaris and tours were also lovely experiences, as the parks in the area have lots to offer. I recommend taking the time to visit Tikauli and the 20k lake. I also enjoyed walking around the rural village and talking to a few locals who seem to adore foreigners. In general, I would imagine staying here about 5 days is enough to tick all the touristy stuff of the list... unless - like me - you're not in a rush about seeing this and that, maybe you work online and enjoy taking some time away from more mundane life.. then stay as long as your heart feels and discover how wholesome it is to become a Tiger Wildlife family member ! Sanctuary - Chitwan National Park, Nepal has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Chitwan. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Truly a Sanctuary. Top notch, super comfy rooms (and trust us - we did a comprehensive research across all Chitwan hotels) and well maintained facilities. Can't emphasize enough how happy we were us to be able to take a very comfortable shower after full day of jungle activities. Jeep safari, River safari, Jungle walks were all amazing experiences - especially the Jeep safari! On one full day safari, we were able to see 20+ rhinos, countless deers and peacocks and langur, the famous wilf elephant Dhurbe, a sloth bear, and even a tiger from a distance! Our guide Roshan has sharp eyes and went out of the way to look for animals that we wished to see - we saw many animals that we wouldn’t have been able to spot without him. Food was also top notch (beat 90% of resort food almost everywhere) - amazing fried rice and love breakfast that was different everyday! The sundowner watching rhinos from afar was also an unforgettable experience. Thank Sanctuary Chitwan team for taking great care of us. We will definitely revisit if we are back in the region to see more rhinos! Meanwhile, highly recommend Sanctuary to anyone who is visiting Chitwan :)

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

The manager Raj was exceptional and provided wonderful client care. He sorted out airport transfers, excursions and special meals of my choosing. I felt part of a hotel family: literally as his son Ayush worked at the hotel while not at college. His English was excellent and the care he took over the comfort of his guests was amazing for someone of his age. Aks was an excellent guide and managed to change my flights enabling me to leave early. Raj clearly values his staff and they respect him. Nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool is a fantastic feature and a great sun trap.

Staff at the resort are available to provide advice at the 24-hour front desk. Green Chwadi felt like a little paradise for me. The surroundings are beautiful and it's right in nature. The staff is so incredibly accommodating, they made me feel like a princess and always took care of my needs. They also had different activities on offer, and I chose the jungle walk, Jeep Safari and boat trip, and a cultural night with the Tharu people. It was such a once in a lifetime experience! They also took me on different side trips in the area and I got to meet locals and saw how they live. The rooms are decorated so nicely with artwork from local artists. The food was all organic and very good, and even though I have a lot of food restrictions (vegan, glutenfree), they always created little varieties for me. With part of the benefits, the nature retreat supports the school next door, and the locals in the area, which is auch a nice bonus. You can really feel how everyone involved pours their heart into this and that's what makes the difference. I left Green Chwadi so relaxed and centered, and wish I could've stayed longer! :-)
