The staff is extremely friendly and enthusiastic, even the driver of electric sightseeing bus very friendly. The room is quite new, the resort has many beautiful free attractions. I absolutely love the fresh air at the resort. A really good place for relaxation and healing compared to other noisy and bustling places. I will be here soon for the next trip.

The vibes are indeed glamorous and exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been any better, especially outlooking the lake with the most amazing scenery anyone can ask for. The staff were welcoming and helped us in our stay.

Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location is stunning but a bit fairway from the centre. The facilities were just super clean and nice.

If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling.
