Small room and a litttle dated. Paid breakfast wasn't that great - especially the eggs. Staff weren't the friendliest.

the parking is an issue, very limited spaces (6) and steep and narrow path to the parking lot. if the hotel informed that a good parking option at the shopping mall with similar price, we would go for it directly rather than difficultly moving car to and from its parking lot to the shopping mall.

location and breakfast are good. dinner at restaurant is very tasty. the lady at the reception is friendly and supportive.

Parking is an issue, but is manageable given the discounts that the hotel has arranged with a nearby parking facility.

Great location in the centre of Andorra la Vella. Breakfast was more than adequate.

We didn't like the breakfast too much, but it's because we're vegetarians and there were only some basic things for us, but apart from that, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location is perfect, very central, and has many restaurants and stores around it. It was easy to walk to basically all the stores we wanted to go to.

In our room the air con was very loud and blew directly on to your head whilst lying in bed. The Window had to be kept closed too as there was some loud humming noise outside our windows.

The restaurant. One member of staff was welcoming. The others were difficult for example you could not sit in the hotel for a cola or a coffee without booking a table? I found this very strange and have never experienced this before in any other country. Plenty of other restaurants in the area so we used them.

Air con in the room wasn’t great. The Service at the actual bar was very bad. Two staff and busy chatting amongst themselves and not serving people

We drove and there was very limited parking. We followed the Parking sign on the hotel that took us down a very steep slope next to the hotel as we needed to check in. We then discovered there was no available parking at the hotel and it was extremely difficult getting back out of the car park and back up the very steep slope, to then park in the shopping centre opposite.

The room was clean and tidy if a little on the small side, it was a bit of a squeeze getting round the bed into the bathroom.

We booked this hotel for parking. None was available at the hotel. They told us we could park in the shopping centre nearby for the same price(19.50) We were charged 30 euros. This hotel should not be listed as having parking available.
