Me and my family Loved the house . it was awesome it was exactly like the Pictures and it was very spacious just like pictures …. Staff were so amazing and quick responding…. Heather was so sweet and thoughtful .. she had my mom a birthday card and birthday banner waiting on her when she arrived .. my mom loved it …. The outside back yard was everything I think we spend most of our time out back grilling ….. everything was so prefect … hurry and book you didn’t wanna miss out .. she also had extra item that was handy for our trip .. and they had plenty plenty towels for pool days …. This stay was the best stay I have had so far honestly … and the neighborhood was quiet and safe and kid friendly … only thing we dis liked was it was a no pet home .. so I had to leave my 6 months fur baby home …

Hotel and location were great. Close to shopping and restaurants Our room was very spacious, which was wonderful traveling with 3 grandchildren. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The tub looked as though iit hadn't been cleaned properly, and the matress on the pullout was soiled from bed letters. The hotel should have replaced the matress. Instead, they brought a clean matress topper and sheets. Other than that, we liked our room. Also, the free continental breakfast ends at 9 a.m., so we paid for that and didn't get to enjoy breakfast.

The staff was friendly. It was an amazing location. There are only a couple of things I would suggest. BUT I would stay here again in a heart beat! Their pool sticks and ping pong paddles were broken. The pool bathroom was stocked except it did not have a hairdryer which you need if you go outside with wet hair. And their breakfast included was confusing because they charged you and then deducted it, so it was never clear what was included . Otherwise it was amazing. Valet was included, the breakfast was delicious.

We had a problem with the room but the staff did their best to help us and made it good. The staff is amazing the location is awesome. It's a little outdated but all in all a good place. You pay for location.

It was quiet this time of year! Close to our main event at Sight and Sound Theater. Staff were very friendly, though they were short staffed and that was posted! Breakfast had good variety of hot items!

We found out a disadvantage of booking with a third party. We found it necessary to leave before our third night booked because we were called home at the death of my brother. The hotel would have graciously refunded that night with the allotted time notification we gave them the day before, but because we booked through Booking.com, it could not be refunded! This was no fault of the hotel. They were very sympathetic!

A male house keeper banged loudly on our door in the morning before check out even though we had the blue sign on our door stating we were not ready. I answered the door and he asked when we were leaving.
