Nice location with a great view of the valley and access to some trails. Away from the busy city center. Room was surprisingly dirty- with cobwebs throughout different parts of the unit and black mould growing on the grout in the shower. Attention to detail in cleaning does NOT seem to be a priority here- and at $250/night I did not expect new and flashy for Banff, but I would expect that the rooms get a bit more attention between stays… or even from month to month given the looks of some of the cobwebs and the mould. We will choose different accommodations for our future visits.

The little things made this hotel stand out for us: text saying to text this number if we needed anything; 24 hr coffee, tea, hot chocolate; free noodle soup packages if needed; Excellent breakfast with multiple choices & only a $10 pet surcharge.

Yener was a wonderful host, the room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great both mornings! I would definitely consider coming back to Maison des Jardins before considering other accommodations in Montréal!
