The shower head or plumming made a terrible noise after being on for a bit. No breakfast, and "the store" was a little pricey, almost double what you pay at a gas station.

We were there for a concert across the street. So the forties didn’t bother us. However, I imagine if you weren’t there for the concert that would be annoying. I would check if there’s a concert before booking if you are not booking for that reason.

No breakfast. Chose this hotel because it offered an airport shuttle. We were told after we arrived that the shuttle was booked for the next morning. I wasn’t told I had to make a reservation; they did work us in, but it was upsetting!

They were just a few things that could have been changed so easily that would have really made this place fabulous. So I want to start out by saying that most of these critiques are a little bit nitpicky on my part and some may agree and some may think no, these are important to them too. I don't want to start this long review with negatives making the place look bad. No it really did fit the bill and I would actually consider staying there again but I think I might rather try another place next time. First of all the lobby is very pretty with the Glam country style it has but there's no music making it eerily quiet and a little disconcerting for me at least. So very light classical or elevator music or some kind of music, would be nice. For some people this is not a big deal but for me I prefer it that way. The staff people were polite at the front desk but they could have been much more cordial and friendly and talkative, like asking how I stay went when we were leaving.. I guess this is Montana and people don't do that here, who knows. Many parts of Washington arn't great about that either.. I just got this vibe that there might financial issues from some of the little clues. I could be totally wrong here so I don't want to smear anyone unnecessarily. But what's up with the microscopic bars of soap? They're getting smaller and smaller in hotels in general, and here at this hotel, the bar was literally a little over an inch wide I think. I was really wishing I had brought my own soap from home. I was so dismayed by this that I took a picture of it. When you're paying more than $200 a night for a room, you deserve a bar of soap that you can feel like you're really holding in your hand and not about to lose like a contact lens. Also for such a nice big roomy suite that we got, the TV was really small, I think like a 21 inch or something?

Overall the place looked nice and the staff was friendly, the room was very roomy which we really appreciated! And the bed was super comfortable, at least for us, the kind you don't want to get out of in the morning. Also when I asked for an extra pillow, it showed up later in the day as I had requested. For those who want it to be super quiet it is very peaceful place with not even any music in the lobby. We appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room! Tub in the bathroom had really good hot water that heats up fast and shower pressure was good. They have an indoor pool with hot tub and small Fitness room. We like the size of the pool, all the exercise equipment worked and they had hand sanitizer gel available and towels.

Staff was ok... check in staff was great. Check out staff was rude! No breakfast which was available at other locations for lower price. Lack of electrical outlets... 2 available in the room... one of which was taken up by coffee and counter refrigerator in the room.

Bed was comfortable. Room was cozy...had a small cabin feel.
