Our stay was enjoyable. Pros included Great customer service, overall clean environment, and good breakfast. Cons included uncomfortable beds, housekeeping didn’t attend to our room during our stay and we had to track somebody down and wait for towels and the indoor heated swimming pool was not heated duringour stay.

The suites are excellent for a family. The facility is clean, and the staff are friendly. It’s close enough to universal that Uber is cheaper than parking. We stay every year and would recommend it!

The pricing was totally reasonable. And the staff was super kind. Especially when I noticed my daughter left her mittens in the room, the staff at the lobby helped it without hesitation.
