Our stay was enjoyable. Pros included Great customer service, overall clean environment, and good breakfast. Cons included uncomfortable beds, housekeeping didn’t attend to our room during our stay and we had to track somebody down and wait for towels and the indoor heated swimming pool was not heated duringour stay.

For me, getting to the location was a bit tricky but manageable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was hot, tasty and there were many selections to choose from. Parking was free but somewhat confusing at first with gates you could and could not go through. The amenities such as having a gift shop, pizza kitchen, bar, and room service which we didn't try on our one night stay would have been very helpful had we been there longer. They also had a indoor pool, fitness gym, corn hole, shuffle board and pool table that we did enjoy with the kids. All in all it was an enjoyable stay. The only negative I had was that there was hair in what was supposed to be the clean rug for the bathroom, and I booked the stay with a free breakfast. I found out that "free" breakfast was added to the price I paid as the total for this hotel is usually lower if you don't opt for the free breakfast. Note: there is a Whataburger nearby that would have been less expensive but not as convenient. We would probably stay again though.

Only received vouchers for 2 people for breakfast; when we booked a room for three.

The breakfast buffet was good. Nice little sports bar and game area. The hotel was nice and quiet.

We were there on New Years Eve because we had an early flight the next day. The female blonde bartender was so friendly. She made our drinks perfect and was prompt when we needed more.

The hotel was really nice for the price I paid for two nights! It's a little older but nothing is run down or looks to be in bad shape. The staff- especially at breakfast were all very friendly and housekeeping was kind enough to help me with a personal matter! (tying up my shirt in the back :) ) I really liked this place and would def stay here again!

The service in the pizza place bar seemed to need more help. The staff was so busy it slowed down being able to get service.

When we tried to eat breakfast. We were given a hard time by the host because our room number wasn't on the list. I went to the front desk, and the guy wrote me out a slip to take back to her so that we could eat.

The staff wasn't nice when I checked in, and they could not find my reservation even though I had my confirmation. The check-in staff said she would have to make me another reservation and kept trying to put me in a room with one bed when we needed 2 beds. We were 3 adults. She told me they had over booked 22 rooms.

Bar care and pizza restaurant inside the hotel. Open from 4:30 to 11:00. Very convenient. Suites are clean and contemporary. Very organized venue with shuttle service and car rentals. I will be back.
