Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Finishes were a bit dated and the heating/AC was a little tough to regulate. Mattresses were ok....could use an update but we're tolerable.
Price was right and the two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Staff was super friendly

You have to pay for parking per day which was unexpected.
The court yard with pool and half court basketball was nice and good for dog walks. The rooms were spacious and as expected.

Poor selection of snacks in lobby area----also location of snacks cannot be accessed w/o triggering door opening to outside. No raisin bran cereal in breakfast room. No newspapers or book selection. TV cable service programming occasionally froze---also no HBO movie selection.
Excellent shuttle service to / from O'hare Airport. Desk staff extremely helpful. Wonderful room. Good selection of restaurants w/in easy walking distance. ----oh, and I liked the conveyor toaster in the breakfast room.

The person overseeing breakfast was guarding her wares as if the gluttonous guests would take too much. She never smiled and hovered over us. Very unusual way to act.

I didn't like that the parking wasn't pre paid at the time of booking but that's ok. It was cheaper than the parking at Allstate arena so that is a bonus. Other than that everything was fine!
Super close to Target in case we forgot anything. Conveniently close to Allstate arena, which made it easier to not find and/or pay for parking. Staff was friendly and hotel was located in a good spot.

The microwave in the room didn’t work and neither did any of the outlets in the kitchen. But they finally compensated me so that was nice.
This property is STEPS from Allstate Arena!! E we walked through a well lit parking lot to get back to the hotel after our concert. There is a Target, numerous restaurants and other shopping options right around the corner from the hotel. It is a VERY safe area. The breakfast was terrific! Hot and fresh and many options.

Only if I'm nitpicking, the quality of the turkey sausage was not that great. And the rooms could have cellphone charging on both sides of the bed.
We liked how the bed was in a separate room and how close it was to the arena.

The furniture in the room could use a good cleaning, especially the pillows on the couch they had stains on them as well as the couch.
Front desk staff was really helpful, and the hotel was really close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The hotel was surrounded by a lot of places to eat, and they were within walking distance.

I would have washed the dishes but there was no dish soap or sponge, and no dishwasher pods for the dishwasher.

We´ve booked a shuttle to pick us up from the airport in advance, but noone came.
The location is pretty OK, if you just need a place to sleep while travelling from OHare Airport. The breakfast - typical american breakfast. Fresh oatmeal porridge, which was nice. You can sit outside for the breakfast, which was great.
