The overall service and staff were unbelievably great.. everyone was very helpful very professional and understanding. i have never seen it before.. the rooms were clean the hotel was fun to walk around to the museum the restaurants and cafes and lounges. the location was good

The shower and flush were broken, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable—mostly springs, making it hard to sleep without additional blankets. Additionally, the AC was not cooling properly, which made the stay less comfortable.

Lobby too small . And crowded all the time . Lift too crowded and long waiting time . Small pool same vill pool. Corridors and rooms very old design and not renovated . Neighbour building dry thier clothes on balcony . Didn't recommend comparing to Dubai 4 stars hotels .

Room not clean, certain is damaged and allow the sun to enter Uncomfortable beds. The service is very slow and staff is not helpful. Especially the valet staff always late and not professional.
