My stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly receptionist Evelyn, whose kindness and professionalism immediately made me feel at home. The entire hotel staff was exceptional — from the helpful and knowledgeable concierges, to the restaurant team, who provided attentive, cheerful service throughout my stay. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the positive energy from the staff made every morning enjoyable. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and spotless — with a cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning! It was always perfectly cleaned and felt like a true haven after long days exploring the city. One of the highlights of the hotel was the fantastic pool — clean, relaxing, and perfect for an afternoon unwind. Whether for a refreshing dip or lounging with a view, it added a luxurious touch to the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Dubai!

IndiaWe had booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was outstanding and spacious. Excellent view, good access to stores and perfect location. Friendly staff too. The in-house Indian restaurant served decent food and there was atleast one Indian food option in the breakfast buffet which made it easier for us. Our stay in Dubai was made special because we picked this place.

May be they could consider moving the breakfast to higher floors and make it available on different floors to accommodate all their guests.. apart from this it was a great experience to stay in this hotel.. I will surely reconsider it in my next trip to Dubai..
Hatsoff to Ms. Samjhana on reception for quick check-in and extremely swift response.. Cleaning staff Ms. Shova was always on time and the room was very well done each day.. I am glad these two staff members made my stay more than pleasant.. Overall this property is at a great location between 2 metro stations surrounded by super markets and restaurants.. Breakfast was very good.. there was a lot of variation and choices which was a good touch.. People are very good.. smiling all the time.. I rate it the best in Dubai...

(Room 1004) The room has nice views from the balcony; however, I was told the balcony door remains locked for safety reasons. The room feels more than spacious for a single traveler, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and well-cleaned. I kept the AC turned off most of the time, and the room didn’t feel hot, which is a plus. The housekeeping staff was always present on the floor, asking if I needed any amenities or cleaning, which was nice. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing if you want to explore downtown Dubai, and the Financial Centre Metro station is very close. Also the hotel rooftop bar Level 43 is worth visiting!

General meals plan and quality of the food are amazing. This makes full deal. Location is appropriate for business. Shuttle bus solves the issue with two most attractive locations availability.
