Location, facilities and staff amazing! We have the infortune to the same night as us guests on the other cabin kept the music extremely loud until 3 AM! I contact the staff since 10:15 PM in 5 different numbers and nobody got in touch with me or even took care of the situation. Next morning we received an apology gif bag, which did not help that much. No discount or any considerando on regarding making the experience truly better for us.

Everything was perfect. The property is in a very nice location. The room was spacious and well maintained. Each breakfast was a culinary event. Above all, Marcia, the host, was very caring and helpful.

Staff friendly, breakfast good, location very good. Air con and heat worked well - needed both. Weak point - first floor room did not have a window - ask for floor 2. Fair value, would stay again.

The pousada is gorgeous and located on a peaceful hill with a fantastic view. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive and helpful! We would certainly visit again.

The only issue is the road to access the pousada, which may be challenging for small vehicles. Other than that, nothing to complain about!

They need to be more attentive to maintenance. Several areas in the hotel shows sign of decay. I tried to use the bathroom near the breakfast restaurant and most faucets were broken. My AC was dripping water in the floor. My room door was broken on the bottom. This was my 5th or 6th time staying there, and they need to well maintained the place, considering the amount of money they charge.

The stove was not working for almost 2 days and nothing was done. In the room was missing a sheet. The code for open the door did not work and you need to send video explaning and they take a long time to reply you back. The TV and internet did not work for almost one day. The administration that handle the property is not efficient.
