The wooden floor was little bit damaged in my room but it was okay.

Location is perfect. For traveller, it was so nice. Battery park, statue are very close from accommodation.And the check in, doors are state in art.

The unit is spacious Kitchen is super, everything is thefe. Location is also okay, closed to subway and shops, cafes Just need to upgrade the bed because its not comfortable and squeaky and also the bathtub rather clogged.

A temperamental access code and key card allowed us into the apartment only when they wanted to.

The room is really big and comfortable, got fully equipped kitchen, bathroom is spacious. Really quiet area and just few meters away from various subway stations (to the Uptown or Brooklyn), ferry to Liberty Island and Wall Street. The staff is suuuper nice and helpful with every request/concern (air vents loud at first but taken care of very fast, helped with printing private docs, etc.). When/if I am back in NY, I am choosing this one again. It took me a moment to connect with TV, if someone is not using Chromecast, it might be overcomplicated a little bit. Other than that it worked perfect.

Now, if I had to mention one downside – the AC/heater unit. When it kicks in, it’s so loud it feels like a plane is about to take off in your room. Seriously, if you leave it on Auto mode, it might turn on in the middle of the night and give you such a surprise you could almost accidentally soil yourself. Definitely no chance of sleeping through that. A little quieter ventilation system would go a long way.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonder Battery Park! For the price, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is simply unbeatable – just a short walk to the World Trade Center, 9/11 Memorial, the Charging Bull, and the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. You’re right in the heart of everything, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. What stood out to me the most was the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and well-maintained. I truly hope the hotel continues to uphold this high standard, because cleanliness is my top priority when choosing accommodations.

I liked everything - the apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint and some minimal maintenance but I'd recommend it and would stay again when I'm back in NY.

Location and apartment was great overall with nice views and it was clean. I always try to stay at Sonder as I love the minimal design and easy check in process/location.

Room was clean, privacy was great, easy access to the building with door code. Friendly staff who know the area and can reccomend things, great kitchenette and room climate control. Huge TV and nice dual head shower. Semi quiet area compared to the rest of the city due to location, but subway stations dotting the area to get to wherever you need. Room came with plenty of amenities, coffee, soap, washer/dryer, paper towel, dishware, pretty much everything you could need was already there for us.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they could answer any questions about the hotel and the surroundings. Besides that, the apartment was great. Plenty of room and storage space for clothes. A fully functional kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The location was great, close to shopping, supermarkets and subways. All in all this is a great place to stay if you! Especially if you expect to not eat all your meals somewhere in the city.
