We enjoyed our stay at Cityden. We liked how close it was to the Metro station. The room was very clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a rooftop restaurant on the property as well, laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable however-we found it somewhat difficult to get into due to it being enclosed in a cube. It would also be great to have a shower curtain so to keep the water contained. Small issues that would not keep us from returning or recommending this place to stay.

When we booked 1 month ago , they told us we’ll be in the same room 3 of us , when we got there they told us it’s not possible and you need to stay in different rooms. Also all the bathrooms were way to dirty and all showers didn’t work properly.

Our a/c did not work so we had to switch rooms. The front staff was super helpful and friendly, but it was annoying as our room type was not available after that. It is a bit of a budget hotel and I expected more in general.
