This is the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed in! Sadly, we got sick the day before arriving in Amsterdam, had to miss the Sabrina Carpenter concert, and basically spent our whole vacation in the room. Still, it was the best place I've ever been sick in, so I couldn't really complain :D Place was sparkling clean, very comfortable, staff were friendly and we loved the concierge service. Definitely staying here again next time we're in Amsterdam!

There's no actual reception, all enquiries are handled by hologram, which works well for simple questions, but there is no ability to, for example, get more coffee pods when we ran out. Also, cleaners offered ''replacement service'', eg toilet paper and towels, but didn't clean. Would have been a treat to have the bed made.

Great location near train station and within canal rings. We picked a canal facing room which was lovely and very quiet.

The rooms aren’t cleaned whilst you stay unless you ask for it , that isn’t an issue but we asked for our tea and coffee to be replenished and they weren’t , I asked twice! The rooms weren’t as clean as I would expect but we still had a fab time and we would come back

Location is good, just 5 minutes from central station. The room is spacious and clean, good coffee maker. The canal view is the selling point that attracted me to book this room. There is only one chair in the double room, one more chair for this room will be much appreciated. However, we stayed at second floor, there is no lift and the stairs are extremely steep, it is quite difficult to take the luggage upstairs. The fridge in our room is out of order, but they did not fixed until check out!

Stairs up are awkward, windows can't open. Fridge in room 7 I'm pretty sure is broken (!). Bathroom seems broken-ish.

Clean, close to station and center. Room was beautiful with high ceiling, big windows to the canal.

Me and my friend loved and enjoyed our stay, the staff were kind and friendly, the area and environment is nice, walkable distance to so many places. I’ll definitely recommend!

The hotel is in a fantastic location - waterfront on a canal, 5 minute walk from the station. The room was full of character. The hologram reception was very funky!

The property was so spacious and clean. We loved the high ceilings and the beds were comfy. The location is so close to central station which makes it such a great location for walking around. The staff was amazing and very accommodating when we asked to check in early. I would stay here again!

The only really annoying thing was that the shower water was pretty bad; it kept getting cold all the time, making it uncomfortable to shower. Even when turning the faucet to hot, the water would stay warm for a minute and then turn cold again. That showerhead definitely needs to be replaced urgently. Another issue is that the shower is positioned too far from where a person can stand in the bathtub, making showering quite uncomfortable. One more downside is that the room only has a small mirror and no full-length mirror, which is really missed. The lighting is also not the best. For women who like to do their makeup, the lighting is very poor—maybe adding a lamp or something similar would be a good idea. Another negative point is the storage cabinet for luggage; it doesn’t have a lock, so anyone could steal your belongings.

The apartment is wonderful, very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The location is great, very central and close to everything.

Stairs were very steep, but the houses in Amsterdam are tall and narrow so it was expected.

The stairs are a lot The velux roof windows are too high to reach to open and close, needed to use the umbrella in the room and hangers to open and shut (I’m 5’4) The bathroom initially smelled like sewage, not sure if someone had recently had a bad tummy before we arrived or the overall building smell comes through the drains but didn’t smell it again when got back on the second night

Stairs pretty difficult with a very heavy suitcase😅 Only one small towel, a bath mat would be appreciated as well😉 you are welcome with someone on a screen, but that is all ok! These are small details but I loved it there
