“Heating didn’t work during our stay and the elevator was not working as well.”
“This hotel turned out to be a great find. In a fabulous location, right in the centre of The Hague, ten minutes walk from the main station, and opposite the Parliament building. I guess it would be considered an aparthotel, as the rooms come with a kitchenette and dining area etc. but a delicious and varied breakfast was included, as well as a happy hour of free nibbles/snacks a couple of evenings a week. Free coffee/tea and mineral water is also available all day. There are plenty of lovely communal areas to sit after a hard day of exploring (in my case!), and I felt it was the perfect hotel for a solo traveller, whether on business or pleasure. My room was huge, light and airy, and very practical, with a very comfortable bed, and decent bathroom, complete with quality, cruelty-free branded toiletries, which is always good to see!”
“I like to sleep a sound sleep at night. It was good.”
“Great location. Stylish hotel with a great atmosphere. Lovely bar / dining room area.”
“Very comfortable nice hotel. Staff were excellent 👌”
“Great place, silent at night”
“I had a great stay at the hotel. I stayed at this hotel twice, and both times, the personnel was very kind and professionally friendly. (If that category exists). I even got information about what to do and where to eat in The Hague. The room was clean, big enough. You have to pay if you would like breakfast, and it will be delivered the next day in the morning. I ordered pastries and orange juice, and they were good. All in all, it was a nice stay, and if I will need to be in the Hague again, I will surely book a room here.”
