We had a problem with the room but the staff did their best to help us and made it good. The staff is amazing the location is awesome. It's a little outdated but all in all a good place. You pay for location.

Great location on the beach. Clean and comfortable- but not fancy. Not resort style- but authentic Florida hotel. Staff were very accommodating and was an excellent value. Recommend highly.

This is a value resort on the water. It's not fancy, but its on the water and clean. It's not a Hilton, it's uniquely charming and for the size of the rooms and the amazing location, it's perfect for your budget.

The inn is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. It’s so dated and it needs new everything and a complete paint job.

Not necessarily a dislike but it would be nice if there was a breakfast or rooms with mini kitchens. In the winter there was very few restaurants open and other than microwave no way to cook. It's something that would be nice to have as an option.

We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean. For the price and location the room was really nice. Summer would be awesome to use the pool. We enjoyed being able to see ocean from our room and how easy check in check out was as well as to find on the island.

No drinks allowed on the pool deck. Room supplies, fresh towels and linen change are only upon request. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel (which is more in the style of a motel) could use some modernization and/or upgrading of amenities. But then it would surely be more expensive and for us this is really a minor point. Although we paid upfront through booking.com, the hotel tacked on a $1.08 charge which was the tax on the resort fee. This appears to be booking.com's problem because the hotel told us they've tried more than once to inform booking.com of this charge. Obviously not a big concern, but just wanted others to know about it.

Prime location on the beach and also near eateries. Nice pool and a shaded deck area with a great view of the ocean. The room was large and very clean. Comfortable King bed. The bathroom was also very clean, and soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The room had a coffee maker which we didn't use - excellent coffee and tea are provided in the lobby. Great value for money. The staff were very nice.

Permanently broken vending machine, bag ice machine and door to lobby. All these were nonfunctioning the previous year. Visited again because location and pool are so great.
