Some of the bathroom equipment needs to be updated or mended. In another room the shower didn’t stay on the mount and had to be hand held.

The room lacks adequate lighting and the bath is too short to fulfill the role of a bath (for an adult) ! The local building works were noisy and started at 7:45ish each weekday (and look set to continue through 2025).

Location is brilliant. Local bars and restaurants are superb; the local cocktail bar is exceptional.

Great location, in the heart of the old town. Really cute living room under. It was a small room but has everything that you need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed.

Check in was most unusual. Code given for entry on keypad. No staff - in fact, we saw no one in hostel for our entire 3 day/2 nite stay, but, all in all worked out fine. Was easy to contact for info re entry & parking.

Location was great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see/do. Bed was comfortable.

After being told a 1:00 pm checkin the day before it was moved to a 3pm checkin. Once in room after 1pm I had several knocks on my door saying they didn't clean the room completely. Also since there was no attendant on duty having one on duty would make great sense.

I liked how the location is amongst the older part of Andorra central. With most of everything of historical Andorra within walking distance this place made the most of your experience. Although the stairs were tight it was a good place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable room, it was small but had everything we needed. Check in was very easy details sent by booking messenger ( Andorra might not be included in your mobile phones roaming plan as officially outside the eu). The hostel is within the old town which is lovely to walk around plus very quiet for sleeping. The fan worked well and was found in the cupboard We didn’t see any staff during our visit We ate at the Can Mantel restaurant and it was delicious If back in Andorra I’d happily stay here again

Well, I guess the sizes of the rooms were a bit tight, but what could you do about that? That's all the space you have, right? Maybe a coffee machine in every room would be a good idea. In one of our rooms, the remote control for the TV did not work. The batteries were all jacked up.

The atmosphere, the location, the cleanliness - all were amazing. We absolutely loved it there. Our beds were all very comfortable, and the selection of pillows was very much appreciated.

Perfectly situated in Barri Antic, just a few steps away from historic Casa de la Vall. Good location to see all the interesting spots of Andorra la Vella. Typically andorran style, building is cosy and looks ancient, I liked it a lot

It got really hot and I couldn't find a way to cool it down, even with the window open. The rooms at the top of the property probably need fans. I'm sure it's great in winter.

Even though there were shampoo and shower gel provided, a (liquid) soap would have also been useful.

Amazing location, just behind Casa de la Vall, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Super nice design of the hotel, both in the rooms and in the common space, with some traditional elements but also with some modern ones (the lamps on the corridor and in the room were the best 💎☠️😊). Very comfortable. Very easy self check-in and check-out.

Hostal Cisco de Sans is a good place to stay in Andorra La Vella. It is located slightly away from the main touristic areas so it's relatively calm and quiet, with close access to nice places to walk and points of interest. There is a small grocery market very nearby, as well as a few restaurants and other shops. The space was small but comfortable enough for a short stay.
