Modern, clean and good value for money

They didn’t let us do the check in before check in time. I was with 2 minors and very tired. I understand we arrived very early but we waited too much, some guests they allow to do early check in. Especially Christian he made us wait wait and wait… it’s too much!!

I requested 1 double bed for more comfort, but we got 2 single beds that keeps separating whole night. Also the checking is too late at 15:00.

Very good location and good breakfast , they also allows us to leave the car in the parking few ours more. 👌🏻

Smell of smoking in the rooms and hallway Unacceptable mess at the SPA Although we were the first ones at the SPA we found a lot of hair on the floor I think they haven't cleaned for many days. Lack of slippers in the room and the minimum amenities for a four-star hotel

The only negative thing I could say would be that check in was earlier.

We arrived at the hotel around 12pm with luggage, but check-in was not yet available, but they had a place where we could leave our bags and go on our tours without our luggage (which was great to have this service available, so we were able to make the most of our trip). There was also a bathroom at reception where we could change and tables where we could eat before heading out for the tour. When we returned, it was already around 5:30 pm, we checked in and went to the room quickly, we had another appointment at 6 pm (Caldea, it was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel, this was perfect, as we wouldn't have much time between arrival at the hotel and this appointment, we 100% recommend Caldea, the Premium package is the most worthwhile in our opinion, as it has the best swimming pools and we also recommend Tobotronc at Naturland, We loved the tour, it's a shame there's a 2x limit on the ticket only). Upon leaving Caldea, we went to the center at McDonalds (which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and 5 minutes from Caldea), we loved the snack options, different from where we live, and we went to the Hotel to rest. The room is spacious, has a heater and TV, a beautiful view and the shower was very good too. We found the room and bedding very clean and had everything we needed (towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer...) and the bed was very spacious. We had a great night and have nothing to complain about. The hotel is not the most modern in the city, but it met all our needs and we found the price and location to be very good for our needs. From the bus stop, it took us around 20 minutes to walk. The city is quiet and safe. We loved our time in Andorra and we definitely recommend it. The only thing I regret is not having stayed 1 or 2 more in the city, in case you wanted to enjoy the other Grandvalira park and also to do the shopping.

We stayed at the hotel for one week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. First of all, the rooms were really spacious, including the bathrooms, which were clean and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic—perfect for shopping and dining, with Carrefour supermarket just a short walk away. It’s also only a minute away from the bus station, where buses take you directly to the ski resorts, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were outstanding. A special thank you to Mikealla, the waitress in the restaurant, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a small spa, which, while basic, offers good privacy, along with a small swimming pool and a sauna. The food is a mixed story. Breakfast was great—fresh and varied. However, the dinner included in the half-board option was disappointing. The hot dishes, like the soup, were served lukewarm, and on the first day, we were served a piece of fat instead of pork meat. After we raised our concerns, the hotel kindly offered us the option to spend €50 in the lobby restaurant instead, and the food there was absolutely fantastic—delicious and far better than what was served upstairs in the included dining option. Another highlight was the maintenance staff, who went above and beyond to guide us on how to start our ski holiday, including the best ski rental options and which bus to take. While the hotel is rated 4 stars, it lacks room service, which is unusual for this category. However, the exceptional staff made our stay memorable and enjoyable. If the chef in the main restaurant were replaced or the food improved, this hotel would truly be top-notch

Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not exhibit the same level of hospitality. Interactions were consistently underwhelming, and their demeanor was generally unwelcoming, detracting from the overall experience. The room itself had some shortcomings. The overall impression is somewhat dated, and while the room was clean and adequately furnished, the lighting was insufficient, adding to the dim ambiance and making the space feel less inviting. Additionally, the hairdryer provided was underpowered, making it impractical for effective use. The showerhead was difficult to operate, and the mini-fridge was unstable, which could be inconvenient for guests.

The location is excellent. The Hesperia Andorra, situated in the heart of Andorra la Vella, provides easy access to local attractions and shopping areas. Its proximity is advantageous for those wishing to immerse themselves in the local culture and leisure activities. In terms of value for money, the hotel offers reasonable rates for its central location and amenities. While the hotel presents a generally good value proposition, certain areas could benefit from improvement to enhance the overall value proposition for guests. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was particularly enjoyable, with a variety of well-prepared dishes. The evening meals were a culinary highlight. Breakfast, while offering a satisfactory selection of options, was unremarkable. Service at the hotel presented a stark contrast. The restaurant staff were exemplary, delightful, and provided attentive and friendly service that greatly enhanced the dining experience.

The double bed is composed by two single beds and it opens very easily, so it is impossible to sleep together and it is not good for making love..

The parking situation is pretty bad. I would recommend booking to go in the hotel parking because there are no places to park nearby. I had to park a long way away and also it was quite expensive.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was great, very comfortable. The spa is very nice, and you have it to yourself.

I saw black mold in the shower and that worries me about how often they clean them… they did have a cleaning lady who gave us fresh towels and was very nice. But I was worried after seeing that in the shower. It was also a very small room but enough for the two of us!

Breakfast was great with lots of good variety. Location was perfect. Only had to walk like max 20 minutes to where we wanted to go. Room was clean and employees were very kind.

The lobby bar, which is a very appealing area to relax, was closed the first night. I informed staff that I had been looking forward to spending time there and the second night it was open.

The staff were incredibly efficient and resolved a few small issues promptly. They went above and beyond. Spa pool and sauna were good. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were extra pillows available in the wardrobe, which i always appreciate.
