United StatesThis was our third visit to the Fenix Hotel and we love that it is walkable to dining, the shopping mall and the Caldea spa. The staff has been friendly and welcoming each time that we have visited. We love the seating area with the fireplace in the lobby.

FranceThe soundproofing of the rooms is poor. the access to the spa is not possible without booking a time slot before the stay, which is even more regrettable as it is charged in the price of the superior rooms. For a 4-star hotel at this price, it is disappointing.
The staff was very pleasant, competent, and understanding in our requests. The breakfast was correct, the lobby and public spaces are well designed and cosy.

Breakfast is very bad , eggs soaked in milk or water , only one coffee machine working , coffee taste terrible and not natural urgent urgent to fix this, poor selection of fruit , no offered any option of eggs or omelette or pancakes? . Not even one note on New Year it does not cost !! with high rates maybe a detail would have been great but nothing . Old carpets in the corridors Parking full and no option given . ANDORRA SHOULD START ACCEPTING AMERICAN EXPRESS . Hard to uderstand how potential a high end destination does not take AMEX !!

United KingdomThe communication at reception is so poor. One staff informed us we could leave the car in front of the hotel (she did not mention that it was for 15 minutes only). We left our car, and we had it towed by traffic police. In the morning, we had an awful experience. When we realised the situation, the hotel did not help us in any way. It was so frustrating.

Location was fine. The staff did the job but offered nothing more. We needed to know what to ask for. No tourist information offered. Got a map on the last on the last day when a client told us the reception had them. We were told to go to the spa for information and bookings later to find that the hotel is a proffered Caldea hotel and could have done the bookings for us. The bed was very uncomfortable. This is a 4 star hotel. The beds should be a lot more comfortable. The breakfast was good but the same exactly everyday. We stayed 3 days and the breakfast was the same each day. A little variety would not be hard to do and it would add some interest to the morning. Overall not great value for money. Loved Andorra. Hotel average. Price high.

CanadaThey advertise AC, but, it wasn’t working and hadn’t been for quite awhile. The room was hot and stuffy. They were unable to get us any portable fan or small air exchange unit. I would not recommend staying in a hotel that advertise things they don’t have!
