The air conditioning didn't work

Only thing that was missing was a chair and an astray on the balcony. Beware the parking garage is a bit small but we managed with a BMW 5-series.

Location and staff are awesome. Everything nearby to have a few days of shopping fun in Andorra. A well deserved 10.

Easy to find, pleasant reception staff. Nice large junior suite overlooking river and town. Parked motorcycle in garage. Nice bar area, room quiet at night, easy chk out.

Guests smoking on their balconies wafted into my room. I had to close thr balcony door.

The breakfast spread is excellent - yogurt, fruit and cereals; tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and various breads; mushrooms, beans, sausages, bacon and eggs. The location overlooking the river is beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good offering of toiletries in the room. My room was comfortably large.

I got a stunning room for a small 20 EUR upgrade on the 6th floor directly overlooking the bridge and all of the city center from a nice and big balcony! The bed was super comfortable, bathroom with a great bathtub and toiletries was pleasant, a coffee machine and water was provided free of charge, WiFi worked very well. Fantastic central location - everything possible within walking distance, including main street with duty free shops, clothing stores, restaurants etc. The main bus station is approx. a 10 min walk away, but it is also possible to arrange for a shuttle bus to pick you up in front of the hotel if traveling to Barcelona. Breakfast was very rich and tasty, all staff were super nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling and ready to help, willing to go the extra mile and offer great recommendations! A private spa can be reserved at the reception - for just 9 EUR, I had a jacuzzi, a steam room and a Finnish sauna all to myself for an hour. A perfect evening choice after long days of traveling and sightseeing! Do not search any further and experience their Magic!

The air conditioner at the hotel in december was so high it gave me headache. It was snowing outside and really hot inside the hotel. I had to turn it in cool mode inside the bedroom and open a little bit the window because it wasn’t enough. Also you have to ask for the housekeeping service putting the message in the door hanging. Also the price for the breakfast was really expensive and they didn’t have so much variety of food.

Terrible experience! We stayed at this hotel and left a dress in the closet by accident. When we called to retrieve it, we were told nothing was found. It’s shocking how things just "disappear" here. The hotel offered no help or solution. Future guests, beware: if you forget something, don't expect to get it back!

Paid for a double room but got two single beds (made separately but pushed together). There was only one towel in the bathroom. WiFi protocol was so strict that couldn't access my accounts in New Zealand. Could hear road noise through the windows.

Off to a bad start when I checked in and the room was boiling hot and the AC was not working. Asked at the reception at was told a repairman could come and have a look the next day. Problem was solved by a different receptionist the next day as there were simply some wrong settings. Ended on a bad note too. The evening prior to check out I requested a taxi to be booked as I was due to check out before 6am in order to take a bus to Barcelona Airport. I was informed pre-booking taxis was not possible, but that it would not be a problem to book a taxi on the spot when checking out, and that they would be there within 5 minutes. Upon check out, the receptionist was more focused on checking me out than calling a taxi for me to make it to the bus station, when finally calling the taxi company, she was told no taxis were available. By the time she had made this first call and checked me out, I had no choice but to walk it with my luggage to the bus station. In other words, incompetent staff. Do not stay if you are checking in late or checking out early as there will be no helpful service available even when advertising for a 24/7 reception.

Very weak wifi. Even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise coming in from the outside. The bed was not comfortable for me, too short and kept an odd shape after sitting down on it. The garage was very narrow for a decent size cat let alone a van like mine.

Breakfast was okay. The view from my room overlooking the river and fountains was nice.
