TOILET - The bathroom bathtub is very difficult to access. It has a very wide rim, it is high and it is almost impossible to get in and out safely, even for active and physically fit people. Lack of replacement of consumables on the toilet. We stayed 7 nights and I had to ask them to change the bed linen, otherwise they wouldn't do it. SHUTTLE - They advertise a shuttle to the ski resort, but there is no shuttle service on Mondays and Tuesdays. PARKING - There is no parking at the hotel or direct access. It is located in a public park on the side street of the hotel and access is via the street. RESTAURANT - Access to the restaurant is via the hotel reception. It's a very popular restaurant and people are always coming in and out. The door is always opening and closing which makes the reception unpleasant (cold and wind). They do not guarantee seating in the restaurant for guests and we wanted to reserve a table for one of the days but were unable to do so. The leaflets and paper information in the room were in very poor condition (crumpled)

Very Central. Located in the center of Andorra, on the pedestrian street. Large and very comfortable bed. Modern hotel with sophisticated and up-to-date decor. Modern and very user-friendly lighting and air conditioning system.

There were black hairs left on the freshly laundered bed linen. The hotel should pay closer attention to their laundry processes.

There was no creamer pots for coffee in the room which is not a big deal but is an easy fix to prevent having to call reception to bring milk in the morning

This is so specific but it drove me mad. The stone frame around the bath jutted out further than the bath edge so when you lean your head back you’re resting it on some sticking out stone- it was so uncomfortable and I hit my head more than once.

Everything! Lovely big beds, cooling and light system were very high tech. Loved having a bath. Breakfast was great. Turn down service with the chocolate was so nice. I unfortunately caught a fever while I was there so I felt awful and had to stay some extra nights but it was the most comfortable place to be when unwell!

Location brilliant, extremely comfortable beds, very nice restaurant upstairs.We could see from our room views of the Pyrenees, also from all the restaurants . Shopping was amazing. Staff were very helpful. Definitely 5*.

the way i had to park, i expect in 5* hotel valet parking, and the parking they had i could not park my car, i had to park it at another garage, i think that should be done by the staff.( that is what i am used to in 5* hotels.)

The room is a bit cramped despite the stated area - a significant part of it is occupied by the internal corridor, and the bedroom turns out to be small. It is inconvenient to open a suitcase. If you do not turn on the air conditioning, the room is stuffy. An open window saves if you go to bed late. Because the employees of the street cafes, while collecting equipment, talk loudly and for a long time to each other until midnight and longer. Two nights cost us 354 euros with parking and one breakfast, which suited us quite well, but for some reason they wrote off an additional 106 euros from us, which was an unpleasant and incomprehensible surprise that we still have to sort out. Carefully check your invoice (which we did not do, because the checkout was processed by other employees and did not use the correct data for the invoice, and it had to be redone ...) and banking - we saw an additional write-off two days after departure.

On the central pedestrian street. There are many cafes and restaurants around. The room is quite cozy. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. The window can be opened.

Modern, clean and very well provisioned hotel in excellent central position. Stylish, large bathroom with both bath and shower with double sinks. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Fantastic GF selection at breakfast too!
