Excellent hotel for a skitrip! Room is not big, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is alright and will fill you up for a nice day of skiing. Free shuttlebus to the skilift right in front of the hotel.

Our room looked out on an apartment block but fantastic other than that.

Good sized room and bathroom, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast with a good variety. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Encamp looking for value for money.

Furniture quite outdated, did not really enjoy the fact to have entrance of the room shared with another one. Also bathroom needed some renovation.

Kind staff and close to the main road to Andorra La Vella There was a misunderstanding on the breakfast time, but they manage to arrange us a small breakfast. Good Value for Money!

The lobby smelled of cigarettes even though there were 'no smoking' signs in the hotel. The hostess/waiter in the restaurant was VERY rude. She interrupted us in the middle of our breakfast and spoke very rudely, saying we were seated on a reserved table although there was no Reserved sign. I wonder who reserves a table for breakfast in a 2-star hotel and when more than half the restaurant was empty. We were disappointed and left the restaurant without finishing our breakfast.

Good location and free underground parking. The hotel is 15mins by car from Andorra la Vella and 30mins from Pas de la Casa

The breakfast was very good, with ham, cheese, eggs, cereal and a variety of breads and pastries. The evening meals were very good with a lovely variety on the menu and included a bottle of wine.

Breakfast is monotonous, but like breakfast before a ski trip, it’s ok, enough until lunch. Something warm and eggy is missing. If there were scrambled eggs or an omelet, it would be perfect

Quite far from the main attractions, if you want to walk.

Good location, not far from the center area, 5 min driving distance. Breakfast and dinner included, but nothing extraordinary. Free parking.

Insulation of the room was not very good, so we could hear our neighbors and car noise, but it didn't affect our sleep.

We liked hotel very much, very clean, comfortable and nice room, free bus stop for Funicamp was near the hotel , dinner was very tasty. Window roller shutters in the room are very good idea for hotel

Very small room with an additional bed which we did not ask. This bed was a barrier to opening the balcony door, and we had to move it each time. The room was not in the hotel actually but in the connected apartment block. Thus, we shared the entrance from the corridor with another room, door to door, revealing soundproofing challenges. The internet access is free of charge but slow (on Speedtest 3/5 Mbts) which is not for remote work definitely. In the evening, all the parking lots were jam-packed, and we found paid parking (~8 Euro) in 5 min walk. The breakfast is okayish, it might be qualified as with not too much rich choice for refined travellers :)

The location is very convenient and easy to find. There is a garage (still a limited amount of lots).

Nothing major - the bed was too soft and it’s a tad noisy…just personal preference! Can’t complain for the price.
