Little bit dirty unfortunately. Found an old bracelet in our room that looked like it was there forever which means didn’t clean our room that well and bit dirty under the bed and the shower was very small but all in all very ok

Easy to reach by public transport, room was exactly what was advertised online, budget friendly, supermarket right in front, staff was super friendly and helpful, cheap breakfast as well, great value for money

The main problem was that the walls are very very thin. During the whole night we had trouble sleeping because of a person staying in one of the rooms nearby. Another unpleasant thing - there was an intense smell of weed in the bathroom. The facilities in the bathroom were not very convenient. There was also an unpleasant smell in the common corridor at our floor. The furniture in the room was very old.

Great location - 3 minutes walking to the National Automobile Museum which was the main reason we stayed in Encamp. The staff was friendly. The room was big and spacious.

The facility needs an update. The structure is old and the hotel is run-down and decrepit. The restaurant is closed and it was not even open for breakfast (unlike what advertised in the booking.com site). The claim was there were not enough guests in the hotel.

Conveniently close to the bus station. Quiet place. Staff was very helpful and informative.

I'm a sensitive sleeper and it was too loud for me at night. Elevator makes a lot of noise, I heard people walking through the corridor and talking behind the wall. Also the pillow was hard.

We like the location, It was very Easy to Park just next to the property. Breakfast and Dinner was included in our Package. It was good value for the Money. We have some very good food in our Stay.

Walls have zero sound isolation, you can easily hear everything people talk in the next room. Rooms, furniture need refreshment.

Rooms are quite noisy, there is virtually zero sound insulation. The whole hotel is very simple, the room has exactly what it says with no extras, as does the breakfast/dinner hall.

Staff was absolutely incredible, highlight of the hotel! Location is also amazing, next to the river and the centre of Encamp. I'm a huge fan of cantaloupe and watermelon so breakfast was divine for me 🍈🍉

The toilet my room (#508) didn't flush. Andrés came and fixed it 3 or 4 times, but a few hours later it would stop working again. Eventually I got tired of asking to have it fixed, and I just flushed the toilet by pouring a bucket of water in the toilet bowl (using the trash can for a bucket).

Amazing friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful, attentive, and welcoming.

Breakfast was great, dinner was ok, there are local restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and swimming pool.

Facilitie and atmospher is nice, not luxury, just you can have anything what you need. Location is great, walking distance to bus stop and town centre, 15min by bus to Andora capital.

In description of the hotel it says there is transfer from the airport while there is no transfer in the summer or autumn. Which is inconvenient because the nearest airport Seu de Urgell is on the other side of the border, with little to no public transport.

It is clean, there is an elevator, nice view from a balcony.

Clean hotel and friendly personale. Some of the personals fx Luca was much more than a friendly personale. We felt us secure and in good hands with our small problems there.

Wifi free did not work. Parking very restricted. There is a good but small public parking lot just beside the hotel. I could not get a good spot and got a fine for having parked my car in a wrong way. Check parking before the reservation.
