It was not that clean in the apartment. The instructions on booking was to pickup the key in another town, howerever there was a front desk available until 5.

Overall everything was ok, it's expensive for what it offers but that's the whole Andorra

The communication was slow and very last minute about keys and it was necessary to remind about late arrival several times. However when instructions arrived, they were very clear and professional and it was easy to enter the property. In the booking com site it was still outdated information which said that outside of checkin time the keys are received from Andorra La Vella, which is about 50 min drive from the location.

Walls were thin and could hear other guests through the walls and in the hallways but not too badly i guess. To be honest for the price we'll worth it. Everywhere we have stayed in Soldeu for the last 5 years has had same issue think it's just how the buildings are built there.

The kitchen lacked some facilities that we were expecting (oven, dishwasher). Some of the pots and pans had seen better days but plenty other crockery and cutlery. Downstairs shower/bathroom rather small and cramped. However, plenty hot water which was great! Some noise from the road during the nights.

The location of the apartment is close to Soldeu centre, its shops and restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment was very clean and beds comfortable.

Located on a busy main road, downstairs bathroom is tricky to access. Bath had been painted and was peeling. Not that close to the gondolas with small children.

No hot water when we arrived, and the accommodation is on 2 levels so anyone staying with small children need to be aware that a stair gate is required to avoid danger. The bath has been painted and so the surface is uneven and peeling off in some places. No oven or dishwasher.

Picking up Keys from a hotel 20 KMS away is a poor option and should be lock box on site as in mountain valley traffic can be over an hour. Be Aware for info is after booking until you map the key point from the residence point.

Great stay for street front with parking under, clean and tidy, lift and entry is good, BE AWARE the key collection was 20 KM away in another town which coming from the north was 40 km round trip to get the key from another Hotel in Andorra La Vella - from the south would be on the way if you have a car or a drama if your arrive into Soldeu 20 kms away.

It was a little warm in August at night to sleep without A/C. We had to open the windows, but it was on a busy street so there were street lights and noisy passersby. A few fans would remedy this issue.

The space was nice and comfortable with gorgeous views.

The chéck in. We cound get the keys in andorra la vella, despite i sent all the id cards and paid everithing 2 days earlier. They cound not bring the keys the the apartmant's kay safe.

We were not informed, when told to pick up the keys to the apartment, that it was 18 kilometres away. Hotel receptionist stated it was in the email. It definitely was not. Downstairs bathroom very small, you have to be careful that you don’t fall into the shower as you open the door Sleepy little town, no bars open after 7pm. We managed to find a lovely steak house, the only place open Small supermarket 10 minutes walk away

Nice apartment, plenty of kitchen stuff including a kettle. Comfy beds, shower ok. Toiletries included, nice towels.

The pictures were pretty different on booking as in the real. We had to check out at 11, but before 10 they already were knocking on our doors. It's literally no place to smoke nowhere. We stayed for 1 night so it was okay, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The view was nice. The bed was comfortable.

- Quite close to the road, so the rooms facing it lack noise insulation; earplugs are a must. - Smaller second bedroom with twin beds in it, with a window opening onto a blank wall & what appeared to be an internal lightwell, which gave it a claustrophobic feel. - A series of mishaps on day one of skiing left us without access to the apartment. Despite explaining the unavoidable situation to the property's main line, we were refused spare keys and calls after the initial abrupt hang-up went unanswered. Fortunately, a ski resort staff intervened & we were told to go to another location to collect our spare keys. Small as the country is, this return trip took over two hours because we had to travel via bus in our ski gear & with our equipment. While we understand the importance of adhering to the reception’s 5pm closing time, a more flexible or empathetic approach in extenuating circumstances would have been greatly appreciated. Were it not for the kindness of a stranger, we would have been left stranded overnight in low temperatures.

Spotless, well-equipped and spread across two floors, with heated floors! Spacious master bedroom & living room with a mountain view, with blackout blinds throughout. They also leave keys for unexpected late check-ins in a safe box, which is thoughtful.
