Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

EstoniaThe single room was really small, with a small window opening to a patio that let in very little light. The walls were thin, and you could hear conversations from the next room.
Good breakfast, polite and helpful staff.

Czech RepublicThe main downside is the lack of soundproofing—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, which can be disruptive at night. Keep this in mind and be mindful of noise levels.
This hotel boasts a great location, just a 10-minute uphill walk from the bus station and situated at the entrance of the shopping district. Established in 1940, it has a charming vintage atmosphere, with warmly decorated interiors. The former "Restaurant 1940" now serves as the hotel's breakfast area. I stayed in a small single room—the bed was comfortable, and while the shower corner was a bit tight, the space was sufficient for my needs as I only used it for sleeping. The affordable pricing makes it a good choice for budget travelers.

NetherlandsYou can hear noises from the neighbouring rooms. If you have loud neighbours or children who jump around, you can hear everything. Some noise from the street, too, which we didn't mind, but someone else might want a room not facing on the street, which is quite busy. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice. An extra chair or a bigger table in the room would have been nice, but that is minor.
The location is fantastic, everything is within walking distance, from bakeries to shops, restaurants and attractions The private parking is very convenient The room was very clean, size-wise it was fine

Trinidad and TobagoWhat i didn't like was it was a bit warm, i had to ask for a fan because the ac was not working. It was winter and outside was frost6 so i can imagine during summer.. Also the washroom even though looked very clean had a very bad smell. I had to keep the door closed at all time. I think maybe its the drain pipe. Also the room window opens into the corridor of other rooms because they they are designed like cubicles. Hence the reason they are so warm becaaue of no wall access. Despite all this i slept well. Also the wifi was not stable at all. Nonetheless, the hotel is still a good option.
The room was small enough for 1 person and cosy. It was clean and had a tv and all toiletries. The bed was comfortable and also had a warm blanket.

PortugalSoundproofing is the biggest issue. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider staying elsewhere. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything from the corridor and neighboring rooms.
Great location! The hotel is close to everything you need—restaurants, a mall, cafes, and more. Despite being in the city center, they offer a private (paid) parking lot, which is a huge advantage since parking in Andorra's city center is almost impossible. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and professional. The rooms are small but very functional, providing everything you need for a short stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the hotel offers great value for money. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great.

PolandIt was a bit too expensive for the provided service. Breakfast was sufficient but basic and old school. My room didn't have a window opening to the outside, only to some kind of roofed small courtyard where a bad smell was coming from and sounds of used hotel bathrooms were really loud with opened windows. I had to keep them closed which made my room very hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature with aircon. You could hear very well everything from the hall, other rooms and neighbouring bathrooms which made it hard to fall asleep. Generally, for this price, I would expect to not experience such issues. However, they wouldn't be a deal breaker otherwise.
It's a nice oldschool hotel. The room and bathroom were sufficient. Bed, pillow and materace were comfortable, bedsheets clean and soft, towels in good condition and of good quality.

GermanyFor me, the room was a bit too dark, lacking another source of light. I really missed a proper window or, at least, a ceiling lamp with sufficient light. And the mattress was a bit too hard.
The breakfast was very good and the hotel room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and supplied with enough towels (very good quality by the way).

SingaporeThe hotel is difficult to get to for visitors who are visiting Andorra for the first time (even with Google map). A very kind person who lives in Andorra actually brought us directly to hotel during our first day. In essence, we took two lifts to reach level 5 and went through “old town” to get to a small street where the hotel is located. It will be great if the hotel can provide information to help first time visitors to get to the hotel.
Close to restaurants and bakeries. It was easy to get around after we explore the area. 10 mins walk to a major bus station, going in and out of Andorra, access to all the buses to different ski resorts in Grandvalira, Pal Arinsal etc. The room is very basic and has a relatively comfortable bed.

VietnamCarparking: the carpark was situation behind the hotel and there was a short walk to the hotel itself. The entrance to the carpark is extremely tight and we were driving an estate car so things were a bit tricky. Despite informing reception that we would be leaving early (6am), the car park was not open and so we had to wheel 3 large suitcases through the streets to get to the car park. It was very cold and dark. We were not impressed!
The hotel was located just outside of the main part of Andorra centre; it was easy to walk in and visit restaurants/shopping. There was a good mix to meet everyone's budge. If you love shopping, this is the place to go!
