The walls are "paper thin" and I could hear every conversation from the room.vrdifr me both nights. Very little sleep Food was ok

The cost of the breakfast was 3 euros more than where I stayed previously and they included eggs, bacon, and a variety of cheeses. The toilet paper was rough and one ply.

I really liked how centrally located it was. It was minutes away from the bus station making it easier to visit other parishes. The staff were exceptional. As there was no AC yet turned on in the room, I was provided with a fan. I was still suffering from jet lag and they had my room ready befoe official checkin. I really appreciated having that extra time for a nap the staff recommended some restaurants with localcuisine.. The breakfast was rich with cheeses, meats, and pastries. Coffee and tea were avaible with juices. For additional prices, you could request hot items, like eggs and bacon.

We booked a superior room that was rather small but got upgrated so our room was very comfortable. Breakfast good. Cleanliness great and location rather good. Nice to have a parking in connection with the hotel.

We got the rooms on the 4th floor, they were only reachable with the elevation (till 3rd floor) and then walking up. This is not a problem at all, BUT with a dog going in and out - was a bit difficult. Also parking was way too expensive.

High cost of parking but does seem to be the same everywhere in Andorra and it is a great car park next to the hotel.

Central location, excellent secure parking which was perfect for our van (over 2m in height). The buffet breakfast was great value and had a good selection. Room was clean, nice decor throughout hotel. Friendly staff. Would choose this hotel again if returning to Andorra la Vella.

Take note that the hotel and bus station look close to each other on a map. But to actually get there from the bus station you need to find a lift that takes you to a higher level and down an alleyway to the hotel. Therefore difficult to find at first but easy once you find it!

The set meal in the hotel restaurant was excellent.

It was a little hard to figure out how to get to, from the bus station, partly due to construction. It is a bit of a climb up unless you know about and find the public elevator. It was a holiday when I arrived, and open restaurants were in a different section of town, likely not a common issue.

Historical feel and very comfortable with most modern of everything. Delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Quick hot water and very nice liquid soap/shampoo. Able to store luggage there for a late bus out.

I didn't like the price for the parking. 18 eur per day for Andorra standards is too expensive. In more expensive. Countries it doesnt pass the 10 eur per day. You need to fix that because it increases seriously the total cost

sometimes there was a faint bad smell in the hotel and hotel room (similar to the random smells we get here in Barcelona lol) and almost all of the staff were really great and helpful except one who always made us feel like we were inconveniencing them

cute traditional vibes in the common area modern rooms. bed was comfortable. breakfast was standard but tasted good. the restaurant was good service, quality, and value. really liked the location.
