Great location, great staff, secure garage and a pool. Excellent. I also lost my motorcycle keys and they were really helpful in finding them.

Awesome. Bike parking. Super clean. Fantastic swimming pool on roof of car park, with tennis court. Where in the world can you have sunshine, pool and mountains. Brilliant stop Andorra is super cheap too. Lovely staff. Laundrette, coffee and croissant shop, supermarket with cold beers to take to the pool next door Short walk to all the shops and old taaaaen. I loved how clean, central and private this hotel was - I slept very well and found it to be a relaxing place to stay, it was a great treat on my journey through Europe as a solo female backpacker and I felt very safe here, I'd recommend it to anyone, especially other young solo female travellers. The location was amazing, I felt really welcomed by staff, and the room even had a balcony which I wasn't expecting, so that was a lovely surprise, and the views nearby were incredible.

We loved everything! Gorgeous hotel in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Beautiful, large room, very luminous, very clean. Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful, with serrano ham, different cheeses, delicious other options. Truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended. We will be back.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. Everyone except the barman working the afternoon we arrived, who was very nice, clearly wished they were somewhere else. No one smiled or made you feel welcome, instead making you feel like you were boring them to death if you dared ask a question.

Hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and so many restaurants and shops. I love the old Gatsby like decor of the reception and bar. The pool and tennis court are a nice bonus and bike storage room handy. The car park is 2.4m high but very narrow. The rooms are a little small for 2 people with big suitcases. Okay for an overnight stay.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and lots of charm! The room was very clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. The rooftop pool is super cool and provides beautiful views. This was definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and it was incredibly affordable as well!

Instructions on parking in advance would have been helpful. It was hard to know where to leave the car for a few minutes while going in to get checked in and obtaining an access card. But that’s was a minor issue and just a suggestion for making the stay even better.

Great location, having the parking garage behind the hotel was great, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We also enjoyed a few hours relaxing by the outdoor pool.

Excellent hotel which is part of a 1940 property and the rooms are part of the new wing with modern amenities. Excellent staff and location at the heart of Andorra La valle and wonderful and cozy rooms. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.
