Everything was great.

The location was perfect, walking distance to main tourist places, Merixtell Avenue and places to eat. There is a coin laundry in front of the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel that allows you to visit the different towns around.

There was some sort festival going on whilst I was there and I had 2 nights of loud music up until midnight.

no sound isolation, asked for a quite room but they gave me the most noisy - reception just under, just in from of main stairs and elevator. staff is unwelcome. It is not possible to ask newly arrived “What do you want?” Just say them “You are welcome” it is much better! breakfast was very poor. breakfast waiters do not know their job- it is not allowed to place their elbows in the plate of the guest when you do something on the table, you should use another side but please don’t lie on your guests’ heads. so all the problems are management problems . change your manager and you’ll be the best

parking garage elevator not working. hotel parking is on level -2. Air conditioning had not yet been turned on centrally , but staff were responsive by bringing up a floor fan to the room.

The room was a bit noisy about 11.00pm as it looked out onto a courtyard but not quieter after that time.

The room was small but had everything I needed and great value for money. The hotel is quaint and lovely and in the best location. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful.

the staff reminded me of waiters in Paris - unhelpful and irritated by you being there. room was very small, airco did not work. had a great window view on a wall was not possible to shower without getting a flood on the floor breakfast is ok but had nothing but a great selection of carbs. not even eggs

In general, the hotel was fine, but the person who checked us in had zero predisposition to solve the problem that we had with the reservation on the website, and he blamed us for such an error; which leads us to put a very negative score on the attention to the guest, and for which we neither recommend nor will we return to this hotel. The lack of respect was total and we recommended to train the reception staff for customer service.

no Air conditioner, they have centralized heating system and there is big silence in the room made me creepy ;) after discussed with reception staff opened the window to have a better weather.

it’s just five minutes walking from the bus station. there is a lift/elevator to come to this hotel which I learnt after I checked in. otherwise have to claim a steep road. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they have responded and suggested to visit the places. the room was good size, it’s hot inside, just open the window for better weather. the shower, toilet and towels are just perfect. very good breakfast.

In the description it was said that room was soundproof. But it was a complete lie, I could hear other guests in other room urinating, having shower and later at night drunkenly singing. Also, the bathroom was extra small and you had to control shower by mixing hot and cold water regulators which is something of 20 years old thing. Also, I could not open the window, because there were smokes outside (even though staff said that it was forbidden to smoke in the hotel)
