The location announced in booking of 50m from the slopes is not correct. The reception is located 50m from the slopes, the actual apartment, where you sleep and need to go is 1km away.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however the beds in the single room were very uncomfortable, there was also very limited amenities in the apartment and the heating had been turned off which made it quite cold inside. It was good value for money though and had a nice outlook.

Location is five minutes drive outside of El Tarter. Need a hire car. We were aware of this but exact location was not clear

1 bedroom apartment a little on the small side. The underground carpark was an extra (hidden) cost and very tight (especially for a 9 seat van!)

Great location close by the ski lift, accommodation was comfortable and clean.

Shower gel and soap were only half full when we arrived. When we ran out, we communicated it to the reception, but no one came to replace it.

Great apartment for the price. We stayed in Ransol which is not exactly by the slopes but it's still an easy walk as long as you store the skis near the slopes.

The sofa for our kids on leaving room wasn't good at all, very old, not comfy, and broken. I would say from 1-10 is about 0 rate. Definitely needs to be replaced by something more decent.

Generally all good. The location to ski lift is good, about 7-10 minutes walk from property, even if you want to walk fully equipped back and forth. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bedroom also good. Enough roof for 4 persons. I can recommend this property, but some changes need to be done in leaving room (replace the sofa).

Location is 15 minutes to gondola. They take 150 euros deposit, that until of today i still did not get it back. Must leave the flat clean and you left it, which its difficult without the right equipments that the cleaners have

Very spacious flat, everything is there to make you feel home. Full kitchen equipments, great view. Lockers for ski gear inside and outside the building or flat.

When we arrived, parking was a mess. We had to call reception several times until they found us a parking spot. Our apartment was on the ground floor and it was gloomy most of the time. The lighting in the apartment was very dim.

Spacious and well equipped apartment. The nearest ski-lift is in 10 min by foot (though the way back is uphill). There is a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby.

I did not like the check in procedure. You have to go to central reception first where parking is almost impossible. The curt guy at the reception was not welcoming and even I was the only one person there, it took ages as I had to wait as he arranges something else (no explanation, no apology..). We were said to pay for parking that I rejected as booking.com stated that free parking is included. He looked upset when I asked him where we should park free of charge. Then he showed me a map and said it will be difficult and we should better pay. Actually, then as I found the free parking spot, it was only 3 minutes of walk from apartment (no issues at all). On the other hand, as we checked out, there were 2 very nice ladies. Both smiling and being helpful.

Fully equipped apartment with 2 bathrooms and a balcony with valley view. Located on hillside cca 10 minutes of walk from city centre. Rooms were smaller but still OK. Very quiet location.

Charged for “an early” check in at 14:00 as the room anyway was ready Charged for a parking which is inside the apartment building. The reception guy wasn’t that nice.

The apartment is extremely amazing 10/10 The view on the mountains 🏔️ is fantastic !
