How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The bathrooms should be updated.
Very friendly staff, where Queen Olivia stood out, who had the heart of the hotel, as well as the main receptionist. We were able to stay in the room until 1 p.m., and they also looked after our luggage carefully until the plane left. We also had room service. Every day they cleaned our room, changed towels or new slippers, and every day we got a new bottle of water. It is not clear to us how such a hotel can have only one star. We recommend people who are on a trip and not on vacation. Be sure to try the local specialty paf paf.

The location. We reached the hotel at midnight, probably if we came during the day we would have left, I dont know. It’s an area where people sell a lot of things, close to the gold souk, it seemed very unsafe and crowded, very different from the rest of Dubai. But we choosed the hotel to be close to the airport for our stopover and by the end everything was good.
We just slept there for 4 hours during our one-night stopover from Asia to Europe, we reached the hotel at midnight, so I could not quite leave a reliable review, but I can tell the staff is very nice and helpful, the people at the reception made us feel relaxed after our unpleasant experience with a cheaty taxi driver and the hotel area, which seems a jungle. They helped us with getting a metered taxi next day to the airport and not only, the hotel room is large and clean and has everything you need, including one-time use toothbrush and toothpaste and comb.

Need more variety of food for breakfast. I think a continental breakfast standard would be nice.
Location is good, they helped us get a taxi to the airport and even woke us up as we requested.

Just one thing need to separate toilet and bathroom as Muslim it dificult to use it together that all
Hello i really appreciate the staff Mr Harish, Raju and all staff including restaurant and rooms attendant. Tgey arrange taxi for us and anytime need sone explanation they always here to hear us.

No hot water flask.
Breakfast was simple but delicious. All the staff are friendly. Although it is a simple hotel, it is clean and housekeeping is good. All the needs are available,towels,soap,toilet paper,toothpaster toohlthbrush. Definitely will come again if the price is maintained.

Wi-fi could be better. Breakfast ends pretty early.
We had a great time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and available 7/24. Located a little bit far from point of interests or Dubai but we liked the vibe of the neighborhood. Breakfast was included and is very convenient for a free offer compares to other food places in Dubai. Room is refresh eveyrday which is pretty rare for that kind of hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
