My stay at this hotel was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel lacked even the most basic services — no staff, no reception, no housekeeping, and absolutely no assistance of any kind. It was shocking to see how a place like this is still operating and being marketed as a hotel. The atmosphere was extremely depressing and uncomfortable, to the point where I didn’t feel relaxed or at ease for even a moment. There were no amenities, no quiet spaces, and no signs of hospitality. It honestly felt more like an abandoned building than a functioning hotel. It’s hard to understand how this place can be rated or considered acceptable in any way. I would never recommend it to anyone, and I truly hope improvements are made — or that guests are at least warned about the reality before booking.

Toilet and bathroom need to be refurb. Housekeeping forgot to clean the room and had to clean it ourselves as had kid with us. Reception team especially Iman and Security team was good.

I enjoyed staying and place was very clean and comfortable and Shuttle bus service to YAS Island and Shaik sheikh Zayed mosque was very short distance.
