Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United Arab EmiratesPlastic Water bottles should be banished from such luxurious hotel for obvious sustainability purpose, take example of some less luxurious hotels (4 stars hotels in Seychelles offer either glass bottles or personal bottles to refill with drinkable water dispensers available in key areas of the premises). Also the management of the pool sunbeds could be enhanced, it's a pity to have customers booking a cabana for the whole day and showing up only a few minutes only within the day or not showing up at all....unfortunately we can't rely on people common sense, hence more strict guidelines should be applied....
Very large choice of fresh in house cooked dishes for Breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice available, fresh seasonal fruits, wide choice of salads, eggs and home made pastries and cakes. The Italian restaurant is also very good with some very top notch meals such as the Truffle Pasta.... It's an amazing spot for Horse lovers like me we went on a ride on the surrounding dunes, it was a very good experience

PhilippinesThere were a few areas that could use more attention to detail. We noticed flies in our room, though the staff did address the issue quickly after we reported it. It would also be helpful to have allergen information clearly labeled on items like the macaroons, as this is important for guests with dietary restrictions. Additionally, some of the birthday requests we made for my husband weren’t fully met—for example, we expected a fruit cake but were instead served fruits arranged on a plate. There was also some confusion during the buffet when a server informed us we could order a special dish, only to later clarify that it wasn’t possible.
Our overall stay was very good. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel at home. One of the best parts of our experience was spending time at the spa. The team there was incredibly kind and attentive, and we had such a relaxing and rejuvenating day because of them. The spa facilities were excellent, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere they created. Throughout the stay, whenever we raised any concerns, the staff responded promptly and with genuine care, which we greatly appreciated.

The excellent service from staff. All staff were helpful and welcoming. The horseback riding was wonderful - if you are a beginner they will make you feel comfortable and keep you safe, if you are an experienced rider you can canter along a perfect desert trail. English saddles are used. We had a blast. The dune buggy ride in the dunes is fun and beautiful. The food is excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet. The pool is beautiful. It is a special place.

United Arab EmiratesA few things lacked like the option of a buffet and better entertainment although this was down to low occupancy at the time we went so being more a boutique hotel it made sense.. certainly in regards to food wastage. I also felt we would feel more like we were in the desert than we did.
Overall a nice relaxing stay, staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was good. The Italian food and service was particularly good and the horses being brought into the neighbouring paddock was a nice touch.
