the swimming pool was shut and the food in the restaurant next to the swimming pool was not the best

the food and staff were great - we were there in off season so the restauarants alternated being open.

Excellent hotel, good food and very kind staff. We recommend the private villa with pool. The right choice for families and the right choice for pepole who appreciate privacy. 10/10 We traveled with our baby and it was perfect! One of the best hotels we have visited for sure.

It was perfect.

My family of 5 stayed at Qasr Al Sarab and had the time of our lives! Visiting from the United States, the food, activities, and service were the best we have ever experienced. We watched a falcon show, rode camels, went on a night walk in the desert, rode over the sand dunes, and experienced a natural beauty that does not exist anywhere in the world. We want to highlight our "butler," Farhan Mohamed, who always put us first. Our visit was seamless because of his assistance and care. From food to activities, transportation to family needs, he made sure our experience was ideal. We want to give a special thank you to Chef Salim and hospitality by Janitha for our two outdoor barbecues. The food was spectacular and gave us a local experience. We even saw the moon rise! The breakfast is unimaginable and suits all tastes. Service by Lwin and Khin added to our amazing experience. The diverse staff and impeccable service accentuated the unimaginable beauty of the Empty Quarter and UAE. Highest recommendation and thank you to Qasr Al Sarab!

Unfortunately the pool wasn't " ready" . Too hot ( cooling system was off) and cloudy ... once the technician came and turn off the cooling system it took few hours to have correct water temperature.

The swimming pool could be longer and deeper, it’s a little bit small for swimming

The hotel is amazing. The location and architecture complement each other. We lived on villa and it was great. We had dinner room, salon, bedroom, washroom and a big terrace with swimming pool and small garden. The best choice if you want relax and take a break from work.

Not enough activities - but hopefully soon, as I was told. Not enough dining options and the desert restaurant was package only. Could not bring my pet, but again - they plan to build facilities for pets.
