Noise of construction next to my room. Also I could hear everything in the floor as well as my neighbor room, because there was a door in between, that was just closed. took years to get up or down because there were just 3 elevators and alsways full.

This is a 3* property with 4*facility. It is a new property which has started operations around 3 months back. The staff at the reception were very good and they accommodated us immediately on arrival. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable The restaurant served very good breakfast every morning with a wonderful spread. The guys in the lobby Mr Joshi and Mr Stephan were helpful with nearby info and were available for any help. Also while checking out I left behind some stuff for which I coordinated with the hotel security team and they returned to same to one of my friend staying in Dubai.

The Staff was amazing specially Akash(Akashdeep) and Adhars(bartender) always one step ahead of our needs,not to forget Muskan,Tanuja,priya,,dheeraj,Basanta always cheerful,smiling and ready to help. All the morning breakfast staff was helful,including Sunanda from reception. A special thanks to Sujita breakfast host to be the first person to wish us for our 25 th wedding Anivessary. We had come to celebrate our 25 wedding Anivessary away from home but the friendly staff made us feel more than our home. We may forget what they(Staff) did to us but will never forget how they made us feel. I would highly recomend to everyone to choose Avalon hotel Jumeirah beach Village for your holiday and certainly we will back to our family very soon. Honestly, there wasn’t any negative thing of note about the hotel. There is bot that much of a view from the windows but it wasn’t important for us. Also the location is a bit far from downtown but we had our own car which neutralized the situation. It should be said that while the hotel was not close to downtown, there still where a lot of close touristic places such as miracle garden, global village and Marina.

The Hotel is very clean, excellent staff & overall good value for money (and more). Having indoor parking was very helpful.

1. The size of the rooms. One fit for our booking, the other didn’t and was very crowded when adding an extra bed as per our booking. The staff then moved the extra bed to our other room, but four of us had to sleep there. 2. Not all amenities were added after cleaning the room. For example, sometimes some of the towels were missing, other times facial tissue or water. I would suggest that cleaners have amenities checklist. Not to forget to mention that when calling the Housekeeping, all were provided within a few minutes. 👏🏻 3. Breakfast choices remained the same for four days on a raw, other variations were added in our last day. I would suggest adopting a two days course cycle , so guests can enjoy the varied options.

We were not satisfied with the check-in process. Despite the reservation being made in advance and our arrival at 8 PM, it turned out at the check-in desk that my reservation was not ready. They continuously tried to charge me additional fees for various upgrades. It took an hour until I finally received the rooms.

The hotel is new. Great value for the price. Good breakfast.
