Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomOverall our stay was great. Definitely recommended and we would return again. It would have been 10/10 if the hotel fixed the following: - hotel price list for dry cleaning is very steep and not suitable for long term stays. It will cost you around £500 per week to do the laundry for a family of 4 at the hotel. There is no washing machine and they don't have the clothes drying rack. Price of cleaning a t-shirt is the same as buying a new t-shirt at Zara. Unfortunately we haven't found a good solution for this. There is a cheaper dry cleaner next to the super market but still a lot of hassle. Something for management to think about. Like a 50% discount for a 10+ day stays would be a welcome move or a washing machine like they offer at the neighbouring hotel. - some members of staff require a bit of nudging to get to the 5-star hotel level of service. Like small things - we arrived at night and had to wait 30 min for our luggage to be brought to our room. We could have done it ourselves without any hassle. But the bellboy offered the service and then clearly hasn't delivered on the promise. I had to ring the reception twice to chase. - sometimes if you asked the room cleaning to come later, they would skip the day. If you call them, they would still come so just need nudging. - Christmas Dinner perhaps was the biggest fail during our stay. The hotel sold a lot of tables for Christmas dinner to external Abu Dhabi residents and they occupied the whole restaurant. Hotel guests got a "secondary citizen" treatment despite being bigger spenders and our experience was very poor (like super small table not fit for 4, not set up for Christmas like others - kids noticed, table was next to the entrance so it was very windy and finally, super far from all the action like food and live entertainment). When asking to change the table, we were told it wasn't possible. So we had a very quick meal and left. I think the management has to rethink this.
Review from a family of 4, with two preschoolers, 14 night stay, during Christmas school break: - Deluxe Suite with Sea View is fantastic, it has two separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a game changer compared to large single rooms that other hotels offer. Much more relaxing for parents. - breakfast and dinner were very good. Not repetitive. Rather very decent quality. Our food quality standards are high and it met our expectations. - the hotel has a private sand beach which is a big plus for small kids. Very easy to hit the beach after breakfast every day. Also you can rent a jet-ski right there, which was fun. Price is fair provided the convenience. - the hotel and premises are very spacey, active preschool kids have enough space to release the energy without bothering others. - there is a nice, mid size supermarket 5 min walk from the hotel. - there are a lot of places around the hotel where you can take kids to run around safely without bothering anyone. Presidential palace gate - 45 min walk return. Emirates Palace hotel - 1 hour walk return. And Founders memorial - 1 hour walk return. All 3 are fantastic after dinner evening walk options if your kids are active and need space to run for an hour before bed. - Marina Mall is a good sized mall with all the top brands 10 min drive or 25 min walk. We managed to walk there twice with little kids, there is a nice promenade from the hotel to the mall. Overall, it was one of the easiest two week holidays with kids we have had so far. Mainly because of the above advantages. This was our second time at this hotel.

The Hotel is located in a strategic position, close to some important monuments (e.g. the Presidential residence Qasr Al Watan) and in an area full of restaurants and shops. The Hotel has its own beach. The breakfast was simply excellent.

PolandThe breakfast buffet was overcrowded due to the amount of guests and we had to wait in line to get a table but fortunately the hotel staff decided to open another buffet in the lobby which was fantastic and not so crowded. The cosmetic products could have been better: the ones provided by the hotel had PEGs and silicones. I would not recommend using them.
Beautiful view from our room & great, welcoming and friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere in the lobby. Great and spacious bathroom.
