It could have been better if they provide basic necessities in the room such as soap, shampoo, coffee and sugar in the rooms for the price we paid. They have also charged each person for AED 50 for 1 activity which is supposed to be free along with the booking (1 activity per cabin). We have learned it from the other campers and asked the reception and they said that they cannot refund however, we can choose another activity free of charge. So, I suggest to clarify everything you wish to know before booking because they won't give you complete information.

I like the quietness of the place and cleanliness of the rooms. We enjoyed our stay as a group. They also have some activities to enjoy during your stay. Just ensure to bring the things you may need before going there.

The dishes in our cabin were greasy, so we had to wash them properly before using. And it's not convenient to was any dishes in a small bathroom sink in the cabin. I also lacked a toothbrush holder. The AC was very noisy. And of chairs was damaged.

The power generator is loud, the toilet is clean but smell and you sometime get the same smell outside your cabin. Also you need to be sure to get everything with you as it’s 30m away from the city.

The location, staff, activities and value of money are amazing, will be back for sure.

1. The curtains were broken and we were told that they are in touch with some maintenance company and will be fixed soon. (NO PRIVACY AS CURTAINS ARE BROKEN FOR SOME CABINS) 2. Once you do the booking and want to clarity anything on the provided number 056 501 5831, Nobody will give you response (neither on WhatsApp or attend the call) 3. We were all made to wake up at 8 am with an emergency alarm. When I went to reception, the person at reception told us people are checking something. THE RECEPTION OR RELEVANT STAFF DIDN’T BOTHER TO APOLOGISE for broken curtains or waking us up due to emergency alarm.

The place is nicely maintained with good and spacious cabins sufficient for 3 persons.

Sun shades are broken, rooms weren’t clean well, still could find cigarette ashes in the room. Toilet fan wasn’t running on both rooms we booked

All the activities were booked up as there was a school there for the weekend. I would have appreciated if they told us when we booked to give us the opportunity to cancel as we only went there for hiking. If you don’t have a 4x4 and don’t want to ruin your car, be aware the rocks are so big and will wear down your Tyres driving in and out. You have to buy your own coal and lighter fluid. Nice fire in the middle and surroundings.

Hi, Am muhammed shereef residence in abu dhabi. I have a business meeting in ras al khaima at 7am on 10-05-2023. So i took a booking at 10.53pm on 09-03-2023 in your hotel beer grylls located at ras al khaima. When i reached the location at 1.45am the security not allowed to enter. Security said to cancel the booking. But it is not refundable. That time i cant find another hotel. The booking mentioned in your site is 24x7. Then how can i attend the meeting without rest. It was a bad experience that i faced from your side. So please take reasonable action on this and urgently refund amount to my account. Thank you.
