They gave us a room with a city view but we booked another one with sea view, but later they manage it and everything was perfect.

Amazing welcome by Miriam at from desk who did our check in. Muaaz was also very friendly. Miriam was efficient, helpful and friendly. The cookies were amazing. Breakfast was brilliant, the variety, service and ambience. The bird experience during Breakfast makes it special. Hotel has stunning views of beach and Dubai Eye. The 2 bedroom family suite is modern, spacious and just perfect.

The prices of the group that sells the activities in the city could have been more reasonable. The sun loungers on the beach could be closer to the sea, as in the neighboring resort.

breakfast was good. the beach was right next to us there were many restaurants etc around us. Staff serving during breakfast, room cleaning staff and reception staff, especially Mira, who works at the reception, were good.

Nothing negative to me, all was really perfect!

Staff was amazing! We came here for my fiancee's birthday and were treated like King and Queen! They made a special surprise for her in the apartment full of baloons, a chocolate cake, towels cake design. And I never asked them anything! So amazing! Regarding the apartment it was so huge, perfectly clean, with all the equipments needed (washing machine, fridge, cooker, cutlery, ...) and the view was just mind blowing. The hotel has a great vibe. Breakfast was very good. You also have a Spa with a sauna and steam room included with your booking. Pool was also great. The hotel is also few seconds away from JBR beach and few minutes at walk from the Marina. I'll definitely come here again!

The water pressure in the shower wasn't good enough. I'd hoped for a better water pressure.

I absolutely loved the staff and service. Ali from concierge was exceptional at meeting my every need and request. Yogesh from the pool bar staff was also exceptional. They both and along with the rest of the staff made my stay exceptional.

We chose it because it was supposedly wheelchair accessible but the shower had a 1.5 inch mini job so it wasn’t a roll in as I had been reassured by email and by mouth. the sink was also not wheelchair friendly and there was a small lip into bathroom which made it tricky for the commode chair. Also menu not wildly exciting but all staff very friendly.

The hotel is in a great area with just a brisk walk away from the marina. The rooms are spacious with great sea views. The hotel staff was very polite, helpful and very accommodating. Big thanks to Maria for checking us in in early with no hassle at all and giving us an upgrade. Big thanks to Rizwan who was helpful everyday with getting us a taxi and being polite gentleman everyday. Thanks to Maria and Rizwan I’ll definitely come back and stay at the hotel they really made our stay 5 star.

I cannot say enough about how fabulous our stay was here. from the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. we had just gotten engaged and they went above and beyond to make our stay so special. nothing was a problem for them and they did everything with a smile even in the 40 degree heat!! our room was stunning and the views were spectacular from our suite. the food in the hotel is just excellent whether you’re eating at the pool bar or getting room service. I highly recommend the breakfast platter in the gastro kitchen which is delicious and great value!! the housekeeping staff were always so diligent and meticulous as were the staff providing room service. I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names of all the staff we encountered but everybody was so helpful/friendly/polite/chatty that it most definitely was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. thank you double tree for making our engagement so special and for making us feel so relaxed and well looked after for the week. we most certainly will be back if you’ll have us!!
