Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAvoid All Rooms In The “Travellers Hotel Apartment” to be safe avoid anything like this in “Al Barsha 1”, they have and will change the name just to sneak under the radar. Fake reviews are the only reason this place is showing a fairly positive rating. If you wish to try this place, try it for 1 night before you put your hard earned money into long term stay. You will not get a refund from the host if not happy with basic living conditions nor can booking.com do anything about it. On arrival was told they didn’t have time to clean my room after the previous guest, the bed sheets and pillow stunk of bio and after chasing the host for 3 days; they eventually left a fresh set in the kitchen which where washed but heavily stained. I ended up buying my own.

I was waiting for the guy for more than two hours and he kept saying he will pick me up.. after 2 hours around 2300hrs he called me and he said i will cancel the booking and give you back the money !!!

United States. It was very dirty, under the bed/bedframe, one sheet, dirty blanket, and pillow. The bathroom was even worse, water on the floor, no shower Curtin, toilet paper…. I ended up leaving after one night, I was also charged to park @ 30$ which it was listed as no charge.
