DSV property has convenient location close to the beach and with many facilities in surroundings. Please be aware that each guest has own room, so when travelling as couple keep that in mind. Bed were confortable tho. From our point of view it was fair accomodation for money. And host is very nice, explained everything thoroughly. If you are looking for budget option and a little more privacy than in hostel DSV property is great for you.

The bedroom was small, enough for a single bed, a small side table and cabinet. The kitchen was tight, there was no space for a dining table. we had to eat inside our room, on the bed. Although the bathrooms were clean, the toilet seat in one bathroom was wobbly. The rooms are located on the first floor, therefore there was no view of the city, except for the street below.

The place was clean, and quiet too. The caretaker, Mr. Mahedi was very helpful, friendly and nice. Location is not too far from the main road where one could take public transportation. I had a pleasant stay here. Thanks to Mr Mahedi.

Bathroom door is dirty inside. It is very slippery in the bathroom when it is wet. Some people say it is difficult to find the place. Let me describe how you can get inside (with the pictures): 1) you find a glass door near Lebanon vegetables shop. 2) you go inside and call the host (phone is indicated on the wall on your right, I attach the photo) 3) you go to the elevator and press M 4) On M floor you go to the right corner and find the door. 5) The key for the door is in the box with a code (code is 1972). When you pull down the black lever you can use the key to open the door. But call the host before, because he is the only one who can give you the key for your room

First time to come to the property i find it hard to locate since i arrived very late. But thanks to the staff he came out and assisted me.

The bedroom, toilet and kitchen are clean. The staff is very accommodating and very nice. Though the room i stayed is little bit small still i feel comfortable and relax. No unpleasant smell. With free bottle of water it helps ease my thirsty since i came from a long travel.

Maps took me to the wrong place, I almost gave up finding the place.

Good value for money, very helpful getting the parking and very friendly owner and staff. Place was clean, and the location a good walking distance to the beach.

The check-in process must be improved. I arrived, rang the bell multiple times, and only after 10 mins another guest opened the door for me. She was very kind and contacted property representative to come and meet me. Otherwise, how to access the entrance key? It's in the small locker by the door, but how am i suppose to get it without a code?? I was in Abu Dhabi for one night only, and didn't buy a local sim card.

The place is very clean, and location is great, there is a mall nearby, 3 min walk, and beachfront is only 5 min drive by taxi.

It was hard to find, even for the taxi driver.

My room was just like in the photo and it had everything I needed and it was spotless clean. It was only meters away from a cornershop where you could buy necessities (like a phone charger) and snacks.
