We rented 2 rooms with 3 beds. In each room there was only 1 towel instead of 3. There was no sheet on the extra bed, there was a duvet and a pillow. after reporting that there were no sheets, we were told that there were none. The extra beds were moderately comfortable. Soap and wifi were available. WiFi allowed me to receive messages, but it was too weak to hold a conversation. Overall, the facility was fine apart from these shortcomings

There is no TVs in the rooms or lobby. Second they should provide reading desk in rooms so we can use laptop easily.

It is neat and clean, comfortable. Super markets, cafes and laundry is nearby. Rooms are precious and all necessary items are available. Near sea side and Masjid is in walking distance. Ohh did I forgot to mention KFC and McDonald are next door.

I didn’t even get my booking confirmed . It’s really a bad experience to me to travel to Sharjah without my booking confirmation .

Unfortunately my guest got a very dirty room. When asked to clean it, a person named Hassan said yes and sort of tried to clean it with some dirty cloth. The owner of the hotel (also Hassan) saw the room was dirty on the very first day, however nothing was done. Next day she talked to the owner, still nothing was done about the room. I called booking 3 times asking for help and said that the guest will be moving to another hotel for the rest of my holidays and asked for compensation for the rest of the nights, except the first two, that was spent in the hotel. 
Property refused to compensate, booking could not help me. Very disappointed at both.

 Im attaching pictures of the dirty bedsheets, dirty door, dirty and broken shower hose, dirty sink and the tiles around it. 

The hotel said that it was me doing all this and replied to Booking with the pictures of a DIFFERENT clean room, basically calling me a liar.

Everything. 1. The address was not specified accurately. I had to search the area for a long time and ask locals, who, of course, knew nothing. It turned out that they had sent instructions via email; I needed to contact Hasan, who would meet me and show the location. We were so tired from the journey. Why complicate things? 2. The room was outdated and could use renovation. The room lacked items mentioned in the hotel description, such as a desk. 3. The bed linen and towels were very worn out. The bed linen was mismatched: a gray sheet, a floral comforter cover, and a checkered pillowcase. I suspected it wasn’t fresh and had to ask for everything to be replaced. 4. The plumbing in the shower was also outdated. 5. It was noisy; I could hear other guests talking through the door. 6. There was a musty smell in the corridor. We chose the hotel based on positive reviews, which are likely fake. We arrived at night, exhausted, so we didn’t have the desire to change hotels and look for another. I highly do not recommend it! --- Let me know if you need anything else!

The only advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the sea.
