Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. KuwaitAt the time I arrived the fridge was not fixed but when I told them to fix it they delivered an engineer and he changed the fridge instantly.
The breakfast was healthy and amazing. Which I liked the most. It is considered to be indian. The cheif was helpful. He helped my family and he was friendly to us. The breakfast that I liked was nuts, fruits, types of eggs, low fat milk, oats, water served in a bottle of glass. The coffee I ordered was black americano. But I didn't care about my weight gain because the breakfast was selected well for guests. And what is more is that I asked them to deliever fruits to my room. They didn't charge me on the fruits which kept me happy almost all the time. The reception her name was farheen finished the check out in less than 5 minutes with nothing over charge for payment. Abishek helped me all the time in picking up my 10 luggages to the car.He was fast and he took care of what is needed for the hotel service at the time of leaving. The staff at the time of leaving the hotel was fast and acted with high manners and patience to me and my family. The valet service was also amazing and fast.When I arrived each time to the hotel they helped me with the bags and with parking the car. Even they gave me 1 more hour to check out. The location of the hotel was above good. I could go to global village but global village needs at least 3 days to enjoy, dubai mall needs 2 days at least, dubai frame need not more than 5 hours.

SeychellesWe came for holiday to relax to restore to feel stressfree and to have good time with family.it was very dissapointed and unprofessional for the restaurant staff to pressure us to have breakfast in a rush on two repetitive days and to even leave the restaurant so that other guest can have breakfast though we where not done yet and we where still in the breakfast time stated.i think they need to make better organisations during breakfast.apart from that everything was perfect except the breakfast issue which spoil everything.

IndiaHad booked the room for three adults and assumed the charges would have included the extra bed , which was not and also no intimation given. Hence had to pay additionally for a bed at the hotel. Would have preferred if the information was provided at the time of thebooking.
Excellent location. Was very pleased with the restaurant service and priority given by Chef Dipendra & Chef Nalin. Also the extremely helpful and courteous staff were Prakash & Neha who attended to us during the breakfast hours. Surely will re-visit the hotel again.

The location is perfect. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafe in the vicinity. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious enough. The kitchen is huge and has all the utensils needed for light cooking. The apartment has high quality of appliances.
