everything is ok really, They should bring in continental dishes and erase the india image the hotel is wearing presently especially during lunch and dinner. i was somewhat lost. outside that, everything was quite exquisite and very warm staff too

breakfast was a rich buffet, blend of english and indian cuisine. there were varieties to pick from. i love the veggies and especially the natural freshly squeeze orange juice. a lot to pick from and feed like a queen

They welcomed me in style, it was my birthday and I found surprise 😮 in my room from the hotel management that I didn't expect. Exceptional staff,a lady called Joy at breakfast always making your day with smiles and automatic memories of your room number without asking, I found that really nice, a guy called George very helpful with directions, to extentof sharinghis RTA card(that's really taking careofa guest).......ooh not to forget the housekeeping manager who went lengths to give me some towels since mine was misplaced, I've souvenirs now to remember the hotel.....the speed to solve requests and every shift checking out on you made my stay memorable......Front office wake up calls used to be punctual.... I really enjoyed my stay

This was a fantastic stay by all means. 1.FREE PARKING & Check-in was quick and smooth 2.There are 3 Elevators to take you upstairs (5-7 floors with the rooftop). 3. Facilities are great especially the bathroom and TV 4. Cleanliness is top notch 5. Staff are attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions and requests 6. Swimming pool and restaurant are excellent. Absolutely loved the breakfast. 7. Excellent location with most attractions 10-15 minutes by car. You could take the bus/metro, as well 8. We requested late check-out because of our late flight and was immediately accomodated

My only small gripe was the one evening there was overly-loud music and singing coming from the Indian restaurant, as I was trying to dine in the adjacent Italian restaurant section. I have no objection to people enjoying their entertainment but this was inconsiderate to other diners.

Upon check-in I was kindly given a room upgrade which was very welcome after an irksome travel experience into Dubai. The room (Suite) was comprehensively equipped, and very comfortable. The upgrade also proved to be extremely useful, as I was meeting with a business colleague at the hotel and we could use the big room space for meeting. All of the Staff were very friendly and courteous from the point of check-in to check-out. Facilities are good, nice pool area and a well equipped Gym. Other eating places and entertainment are within easy walking distance. This are of Bur Dubai not overcrowded and is my regular place to stay when in Dubai.
