Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was amazing-lots of choice everyday including 3 different Indian options every day. All waiting staff were friendly and pleasant. Everyone from reception staff to guest service - George to the spa girl- all were very helpful, friendly and served with a smile.

KuwaitThe daily Breakfast was exceptional. Very tasty and well prepared and a variety of items to choose from. We loved the service at the place and the chef Kamil was quite friendly with the guests and always there to offer the best quality. We highly recommend this place. At Purani Dilli, we also had dinner a couple of times - amazing food! Special mention for Prasad who was so friendly and kind, attending guests in the restaurant always with a smile :) The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. A great spot to get great food. Over and above, if you are a music lover, live music with some good Hindi songs singing was ultimate.

Perfect hotel with great rooms and service....we booked for 3 days and ended up extending the stay to 10 days....breakfast was great especially for vegetarians ( we don't even eat eggs) and the best part for everyday they had a different variety.....we booked the king's suite with washing machine and kitchen and it perfectly met our needs...they have smart 55 inch TV which is a great plus....location was 900 meters from the DG Sharaf station.....
