How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing special that comes to mind. It is a great hotel, but the price is a bit elevated.
Location was great. Room is very nice. Restaurant at the hotel is also great. Reception staff was super helpful - as a guest you feel really taken care of.

The hotel is situated in a prime location within a stone's throw distance of Emirates Metro station, small shops where you can get daily use stuff, and the tourist destinations are within 20-30 minutes of drive. We stayed with our 11-month old and enjoyed the stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cannot go tanning near the pool, it is always in the shade due ti the roof.

Would have been good to have a small welcome package that contains washing up liquid/a few dishwasher tablets. A cloth to use to wash up.

my experience was just perfect form check in till check out, first with the location of the property, and the great reception staff, Ali and the other female “forgot her name” then with the room which was clean and had modern furniture and the balcony with an amazing view of sheikh Zayed road and the skyscrapers. and last but not least the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on !

The only thing which bothered me slighlty was the sound of the escalator motors as they where at the back of my room but all in all I was very satisfied.
This hotel is conveniently located in Sheikh Ziad's road and only a couple of minutes away from the Metro station which practically connects to a lot of important sites. I must say that the staff is very helpful and very courteous. The room was very well appointed and the cleanliness was amazing.

I have stayed with this property earlier too in 2019 but at that time they served excellent breakfast options. But this time I was disappointed to see little options in the same. I even suggested the same during stay but no improvement
The Location has always been a plus point for me while choosing this property. Walking distance from Metro Station and bang on Sheikh Zayed Road

No detergent for washing dishes. I expect that in 4* hotel.
Excellent location, spectacular view from the top floor. Very friendly and professional stuff. We had 2 bedroom apartment and it is really big. Bar on the top floor serving food till 1.30 AM is great if you arrive late. 2 small markets in the next building.

Where to start?! We were so impressed with our time at this hotel - from the most friendly staff (manager at breakfast, check-in person, security at the lift, cleaning manager on our floor!), the cleanliness of the rooms, the fantastic breakfast! We will definitely be coming back!
