Noisy industrial conditioner close to the window, so the backgrownd was constantly noise. Very dark lights in the room, no lamp at the working table. It was very difficult to work in the evenings. Iron (which I required to bring) was not clean and the desk for an iron was broken. Cheap thing but makes a big sense! The phone in the bathroom is attached to the wall just after the hair dryer, and everytime you need a hair dryer the phone falls down (why not to put the phone behind the hair dryer?!). Very-very difficult to catch up the taxi in this area. Even difficult for the bell-boys. In spite the bell-boys are very nice people and tried to do their best, it was not easy for them to catch up the taxi. Nice hotel and nice staff but small negative things destroy imagination. If you work at least on these small details (hair dryer, phone, iron, desk for an iron) you will be a very nice hotel.

The location was the only issue. It needed to be more on the seaface side, besides that everything was excellent about the hotel. There should be more lighting in the room.

The staff at the reception were exceptionally welcoming, especially Bushra and Raghad. They were supportive at all levels from early check-in facilitation to late checkout delays. Their attitude and smile make you feel comfortable to stay at the property.

The hot water was only slightly warm, I believe it could be specific to the climate - when it's +40 C then you would like to have this water. But it was about +25 C outside, so it was a bit too cool. The staff tried to fix it, but unfortunately the water was only slightly warm. If you stay for 1-2 days - it's fine, but we stayed for a week.

We enjoyed our one week stay in this hotel. The staff members were very friendly, the room was clean and cleaned regularly. The location was perfect for us - just 5-10 minutes walking to the bus station, from where we could travel to other cities. Also, near the bus station there is big supermarket, and there are many small cafes and restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast had both meat and vegetarian options, different dishes and they were slightly different from day to day - we had a great chance to try Indian food. We even had some fruit at our room upon arrival, and we regularly got bottles of water and tea\coffie bags. There is a swimming pool at the rooftop and gym room, but we never used them - we were busy with other activities outside the hotel (but we saw people in the gym).

We couldn't open the window in the room, it said on the window that it was for security reasons, but it would have been very convenient if we could, because it gets stuffy over time, so we had to turn on the air conditioner.

The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are clean and they clean them regularly. Every time they clean the room, they also leave bottles of water for you. We never waited long for a taxi at this location. The location is close to the old town.

No coffee shop as advertised. We were sent upstairs to the restaurant for coffee. It ended up being watery coffee from an automatic machine, and we were charged an outrageous price. Windows were screwed shut, so we couldn't open them for some fresh air.

There was an Indian receptionist who did not allow us to check in early since there was room available and I am a regular customer I was very disappointed he keep insisting the check in time is 2pm I have to wait 2pm and we arrived at the hotel since 5am

Location is very good. Then there was a receptionist I forgot her name I think she is Philippine she check us in the morning as we arrive in the morning and we manage to get our room around 8.30am
