Bathroom was flooded after shower and slippery

Room was very specious , comfortable and clean ! I only stayed a night and didn’t use many facilities. Location is great , close to shops and restaurants.

There are 2 things we didn't really like : 1. They have some kind of night or strip club (nautanki lounge or something) which makes it very loud at night. 2. We bought papaya in supermarket and asked reception for knife and plate - we were sent to restaurant which charged us 5 Dirhams for cutlery. Ridiculous. The room costed us 80 USD a day and we expected a bit better service for that money.

Big clean hotel with pool and spa, restaurants and café. Very big room and bed. Clear bathroom with no insects. Big smart Tv. Tea, kettle, etc. Very helpful reception. The neighbours is very live - supermarkets, bars and cafes are working almost all night long! We loved local colourit of it. Metro - 20 minutes walk.

Not well sound proofed rooms. You can hear vehicle sounds from outside. And their music sounds played on 1st floor can be heard even for forth floor which was quiet disturbing.

Staff are well mannered. Many grocery stores near the hotel. RTA stations nearby.

The bath room was very nice, spacious and tiled, but very dangerous as the chances of slipping and falling are very high. Shower area is neither enclosed nor has floor barriers so the entire floor becomes wet and very slippery. Towel rack was too far from the shower area, causing greater risk of slipping and falling.

The breakfast buffet was full of people. I hope they can do 2 buffet set ups as it is super crowded. The serving thongs are all oily. Has less options on food, especially with protein and healthy stuffs such as on fruits, and vegetables. No oats..

Staff are all nice and accommodating. Security, reception, housekeeping, spa staff, life guard, and restaurant personnel are all doing their job very well. The room's size is just right. The toilet is larger than expected. Amenities in the room are complete. Room is clean, beds and pillows are soft. Easy and fast check in and out, parking is good.

Nothing much to alter, just make Sauna in working condition

The breakfast was pretty good. The service was top-notch, there was always someone to help for our needs. My Kids and wife enjoyed the ambiance as well

While checking out the lady at the reception may require customer service classes. 1. By the way she addresses the guest. I understand the reception may be busy but you cannot address a customer by room number rather by their name. On the other hand the male staffs at the reception were exceptionally professional when I checked in keep up

I don’t like the Parking area, its very limited parking spaces and they are allowing people from outside to come to the club and park there. Some one scratched my car and run away

The room was a bit “dark” and with a big “wall to wall” carpet covering the tiles.

The reception and lobby area are quite nice. Also; big thanks to the bell boy and security that helped with all our luggage. The bed in our room was very big and comfortable. Furthermore, the location is good with a lot of local restaurants, supermarkets, and a 10 min walk to the Metro.

There was another man on the reception counter who was not so helpful when I asked for a bottle of water , i didnt have coin so wanted to swipe with card. But they said not possible he said you have to order from the room service and pay more. Made no sense.

The property is in prime location. Staff Ranjeeth at the reception was attentive, friendly and upgraded our room , extended for 1hr as well. Overall latest modern interior and clean rooms. The house keeping staff also are sweet. They had smart Tv. Overall i would come again for a stay
