Nothing to be worth to mention. All was good. We had just one issue with slightly dripping water from the store above us in the bathroom. It was resolved by the reception by kindly changing the room on the same floor and granting us a free dinner. Thanks for that!

As this was our first trip to the UAE, the basic criteria were the pictures of the site and the price for accommodation. What we found was really exceeding our expectations - first of all, location of the hotel and then all the rest - service, leisure area with pools and private beach, in house dining opportunities, cleanliness, etc.

Nothing significant, rooms are equipped with older furnitures but still ok, doesn’t affect the comfort feeling.

Hotel was great, set at the perfect location next to the beautiful Emirates palace and presidential palace. Breakfast was various and very good 👍, room was spacious, swimming pool very good for both adults and kids, excess to the beach. I must point out, that the best value of this hotel are its employees, starting from those who work at the reception desk, servants in dining area and cleaning personnel (Leikot was great 😃). They are really making you feel welcome 😉.

There's nothing i didn't like.

Location is perfect.Breakfast is wow 👌 Pool and beach not to over crowded. The two guys cleaning room couldn't do enough for us.(Deepack & the younger one on level 11.) John on the main door was very helpful. Hop on hope off bus opposite on the right hand side just in front of the Mandarin hotel palace. Really good supermarket under the Etihad Tower hotel for snacks. Ray's bar is worth a visiting happy hour 62nd floor Etihad Tower. All good 👍

The first night the gave us very dirty baby crib we did not discover until the next morning after complaining to the manager they fixed the issue in very professional way and give us compensation for the inconvenience. The breakfast area is very crowded between 9 and 10:30 am. The hotel is very big and has only 4 elevator for guests. I personally didn’t have long waiting at the elevators.

We went there in February the weather was great at the day but cold at night . Hotel is big with spacious rooms and great views. Great breakfast and has all everything you need . Great reception and quick service easy check in and check out. Car parking service is excellent even it’s was crowded takes maximum 10 minutes to get your car. They gave us upgraded room on exellent price. A lot of swimming pools and amazing kids club

This might in fact be a booking.com issue rather than the hotel. The hotel is dry (no alcohol) which we knew. However there is no bar of any type so even a Pepsi, other than around the pool, has to be ordered via room service. Also there is no mini bar which it says there is- only a fridge.

The service is second to none and made the stay exceptionally enjoyable. Location great and easy to get around with the very cheap taxis everywhere.

On the beach, they aggressively offer 'fur coats with free transfers to Dubai.' It's quite annoying.

Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! The great location and cozy, clean rooms with magnificent views of the city made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, and I particularly remembered the Nutella, which sometimes ran out 😁. The staff was very polite and responsive, which added to our comfort. The beach was clean, and while the water in the bay was indeed cool, this is January—let's not forget that. It was nice that the pool was heated! The animation team also impressed us, especially Varvara and Tomi, who made our holiday even brighter! I will definitely come back here again!
